Overall it is a great product, the UI is nice.
The fact that the new features roll out every week. Secondly the customer support is really nice.
The integration with Clockify, the time management app we had been using already is not proper. The speed of application for many people on our team has slowed Down.

In my life as a researcher this was by far the most useful app. Specially in combination with Clockify, but I really would like to have a pomodore system integrated in the software. This would be the best
Allows to easily organize your projects and collaborate with colleagues Allows to control the time you spend in each activity thanks to the integration with Clockify Facility to access the software anywhere (smartphones, browser, etc.)
The lack of a pomodore to control the time you focus on a activity is really something that I miss the most.

Overall I think click up is good. Probably because I'm used to clockify that is why I'm having a bit of a hard time but over time, I'm sure I will get used to.
Time tracking and the offline feature it has. From where I sit, sometimes the network can go bad and the offline feature click up has is definitely a big deal for me.
I think for now I'd say the interface and navigation. It's quite a hustle for me to find what I'm looking for. Also in the task section, I see tasks assigned to me and those assign to others too. If I could just look it up and see just what I'm working on, it won't be difficult to locate what I'm looking for.

ClickUp helps me stay organized and make sure I never miss a client deadline. It gives me an easy place to keep track of everything I have on the go.
ClickUp's interface is very similar to Asana but in my experience working with both ClickUp offers way more bang for your buck. It allows you to easily keep track of all your projects, you can easily comment on tasks, store files and perhaps the best part is how easy it is to embed Google Docs directly into a project.
Honestly, I don't know if there is anything I didn't like. In order to use ClickUps time tracking features you do have to be on a paid plan, but Clockify integrates seamlessly and so you can use that as an easy alternative.

Overall I will recommend all professionals who need to have notes, reminders and tasks management to manage a work team or just one's own productivity .
I stumbled upon ClickUp by chance and found value for money. ClickUp has evolved from buggy software to a great option as a project management software. With a beautiful interface, you can just be missing when ClickUp is not opened on your PC. If you are using Clickup you dont have to be worried about data storage options and moreover you dont need to use Clockify separately.
The color scheme used in the software is nice, but for some people, the color combinations might be disturbing while reading or scheduling.
Hey, Anayatullah! We really appreciate you taking the time to leave such an amazing review! We're so happy to hear that you're enjoying a productivity boost with ClickUp! We'd love for you to post your ideas regarding improvements for our color schemes to our feature request board(s) and describe what it would help you to achieve or accomplish better than today the more detail the better to help our Product team really understand the impact! Our Product team keeps a close eye on ideas posted here to plan future releases and gauge interest, so every vote counts! Have an amazing and productive day!

It's really hard to find a robust well-designed project management solution these days. We switched to ClickUp after using JIRA, Trello, and Asana and have loved the switch. Having nested projects under clients would have been impossible in other software. My team also loves that they can view their tasks in a board format or list (my preference). As a CEO it's been great to get an accurate snapshot into my team and it's effectiveness with a well-designed tool.
The ability to ask for your own price during the beta is a super sweet touch. The tags, customization, and ability to take project notes all in one place has also been amazing.
Burndown charts are the next thing we need from ClickUp. We've had a couple of issues setting this up in beta, but are hopeful that it will solve our needs when it's ready. It would also be great to have APIs to hook integrations into so that we can pull data from Clockify (our time tracker) into each of these tasks.

I use ClickUp (another great product) for task/project management. And, although it has an internal "time clock", it's weak. However, Clockify was one of the recommended integrations. It integrates perfectly with ClickUp and since it resides in clickup as well, we can start and stop it by task in ClickUp. Kinda remarkable.
I own a small, niche accounting firm with one employee three time zones away. And while most of my fees are fixed, we often take on "projects" for which we bill by the hour. Clockify lets my track our hours down to any "sub level" I need. It's perfect for me to track my admin time as well, so I know when it's getting close to me needing to hire an additional person. It's perfect for what I need.
Sometimes the extension and the "in-line" functions seem to argue with each other. For example, if I receive an email that I want to respond to that I need to track my hours spent on, I can click the little "start timer" in the email. However, to STOP the timer, I have to go to the extension and "assign" the time to a task before I can stop it. So, naturally, I dump everything into my "admin" and promise myself I'll come back later and allocate.
Thank you for the feedback, Michael! It's most likely that you have Task set as a required field and because of that the app prevents you from adding incomplete time entries without selecting a Task and that's why you're not able to stop the timer. You can always disable Task as a required field and you will be able to stop your entries right away. (https://clockify.me/help/extra-features/required-fields)

I have been using Clockify for the past 2 years every working I can not think using a simple timer to track time anymore!
Easy to use and multiple integration with Jira & Clickup
The UI could be a bit more colourful & settings a bit easier to use (more organised)

Ever since I found this software, I haven't looked for another product since. It covers all of my needs.
I love the ability to time track online as well as project management.
The UI is not as "pretty" as ClickUp but I still like it.

Very intuitive to work on. It has good time tracking, and good report options.
When working together with other project management software (we use Clickup), it's not out-of-the-box to integrate with. There is a browser extension, but not the best.

Overall it's good, I do think there's a different way to go, like an embedded time tracker for employee's computers, and more reliability.
I like how it integrates with clickup to provide a seamless experience. I also like how it's reliable about 90% of the time due to its simple style.
I did not like that when it crashes, users don't get reassurance that they're working on the issue.
Hi there and thank you for the feedback! If you ever experience an issue with the app or a sudden crash, feel free to reach out to support and you will always receive help on resolving the issue. Cheers!

Great, we have a better understanding of our business thanks to it and we are able to pinpoint improvement opportunities
The UI is very clean, the Chrome addon works great and there are some integrations with some platforms like asana and clickup that are very accesible which improves the received data.
It needs to find a way to make the tracking more automatic, somehow have it working without having to know is there

[Most] everything you might need from a time-tracking app including teams, multiple workspaces, tags, and reports. It's all free. Integrates with my new productivity favorite, Clickup and there's an Android app.
No Chrome extension. No mention of integrations. No on-boarding, just YouTube videos.
Hi Rick! You can find our browser extension and list of integrations here: https://clockify.me/apps https://clockify.me/integrations

Overall, I am extremely happy with Clockify.
As a growing agency, we spent a lot of time researching time tracking tools and software that was simple to use and did the job without too many bells and whistles. We simply needed to track time for specific clients and tag what kind of work we were doing. We didn't need the ability to invoice from it, so we were also looking for something that was affordable.
The reporting feature is not the most user-friendly. I am always able to pull the information I need, but it can take multiple steps to get there. I wish there was better integration with ClickUp.
Thanks for your review, Stephen! If you have any specific ideas for improving reports, feel free to email us at support@clockify.me, or use this feedback form https://clockify.me/feedback Cheers!

We tried different time tracking softwares before settling on Clockify, such as Harvest, ClickUp, and Toggl. Clockify was by far the easiest to use by my whole team and most affordable.
We use Clockify every day to track time management.
We were excited about the Quickbooks integration but it wasn't as advanced as we'd like (yet) so we still managing use the reports and transfer the data into Quickbooks.

It's pretty easy to use. The reporting is also detailed enough for us to manage projects.
We would like an integration with Clickup. I'm pretty sure there was something else that I faced at some point, but I can't think of it. Maybe it would be useful for you to add a snippet or button to leave feedback at anytime, like Mailchimp or Supermetric do.
Hi Nadia, Thank you for your feedback. We do have ClickUp integration that works via Clockify browser extension that you can try out anytime. Cheers!

Great, I use it weekly to help me stay focused and check my own productivity.
I like that I can create project folders and assign specific tasks to the folders. I also like that I can see a graph of my activity for the day, week, month etc. I like the clean and easy to use interface and also the Chrome extension for additional features such as pomodoro etc. There is also an integration with my project management system, ClickUp. That comes in handy.
So far nothing I use Clockify to track my projects to make sure that I am staying profitable.
Thank you so much for such great feedback, Karen!
