I first discovered ClickUp about a year ago, but left for a simplified software that I immediately outgrew and was disappointed with. I decided to really invest the time to learn ClickUp and since it has drastically improved my productivity. It's amazing to have a place to dump everything from my mind, keep track of its status, and never worry about things falling through the cracks. 

Bit of a learning curve but so worth it

Frustratingly difficult to keep track of hours; it's as if there's no concept of time in the software.

I am used to working with huge Project Management systems with lots of bells and whistles which can be very difficult to configure and use requiring you to pay hundreds to thousands for several days of training to use.  I've also used smaller systems like Jira and Visual Studio Teams with mixed feelings.  It truly amazed me just how quickly I was able to get into this system and run with it.

Solid and Flexible

Clickup has helped me streamline my workflow with clients by only showing them the tasks they need to complete to get their project launched and not the hundreds of things I need to do behind the sceens. This keeps them calm and focused during the course of their project. 

The best tool in your toolbox

After a few hard hours of looking for the best way to organize my work, I love it. It helps me a lot on a daily basis.

Clickup has been a pleasant surprise in project management tools.

It's a great tool, almost perfect as-is, and they keep adding more features, which keeps me using it. Even as a free user, there's a ton of value.

Best project and task manager I've used

Overall, it has given me a chance to keep a more organized folder of my work with the business and to keep better track of my hours and deadlines, I'd suggest it to anyone working with more than one deadline at the same time.

We do have permissions which allow you to control what every single person within your Workspace can and cannot do. You can also make your tasks, Folders, Spaces, and Lists private so that no one has access to them but you and whomever you choose! ClickUp-Functional Review

It's helping me to have a high level view of all my projects, I used the integration with Toggle a lot (I can give some feedback about that integration as well) so I can track the time I use for every task.

Great tool, easy to use and adapts to the way you work

Positive for the business. we can see how effectively we spending hours (billed vs non-billed) & work out profitability

Great for agency use

I love this software and the vision of the company. This software is amazing, and I just hope in the future you're not bought by some giant company, which would probably change all the wonderful things you've done so far.
