Clockpit overview
What is Clockpit?
Clockpit is time tracking for staffing and secondment agencies, intermediaries and consultancies that need hours approved. Professionals log hours per assignment or placement, on mobile or desktop. The client approves them in a few clicks, and the agency sees exactly what has been signed off. Automatic reminders mean nobody has to chase timesheets anymore.
Tasks, mileage and expenses go through the same flow and the same approval step. Periods can be weekly, bi-weekly, four-weekly or monthly.
Clockpit deliberately does not invoice: approved hours are exported to PDF, Excel or CSV for your own invoicing or payroll. Runs in the browser on mobile and desktop, no app needed.
Pricing: €9.95 per active timesheet user per month, excl. VAT. Approver and admin accounts are free. 45-day free trial. Built in Hilversum, the Netherlands.
