Pros

But one of the best parts of Favro is their responsive and intelligent customer service reps who are able to answer questions quickly and effectively.
I also like how you can see a full history of everything that has happened. The workflow rules are nice (these seem pretty basic though - would love more options for these).
I love the fact that it incorporates a spreadsheet element and "cards" and seamlessly pulls from one to the other. Super easy to wrap my head around that system.

Pros

Airtable notifications from mentions which are sent to both airtable and emails help you keep track of your activity and tasks. Its user friendly with a good interface and easy to learn.
Obviously, the features are 10 times better on airtable. The different kind of views that I can have is also brilliant, the calendar view, kanban view and my favorite.
I literally try to replace as many tools as I can with Airtable because it is so flexible. Using it as the core for client and customer reports is fun and feels like a stable solution.

Cons

Sometimes I have seen the app completely not working with some internal server error. It was really bad to see that.
Also, when a large number of subtasks appear, the workflow threatens to turn into chaos. Therefore, I believe that we need to add more structuring tools to the interface.
The mobile application seems a little uneasy to use, they should work on the mobile platform more for this product.

Cons

We had problems with the mobile app not working at times. This was frustrating for our teams in the field, especially since this was a big selling point for us.
The input fields to gantt view can be confusing at times. Also, filtering by projects due is also confusing if all team members do not synchronize their way of project management.
I also very much dislike the amount of e-mails my colleagues and I receive from AirTable, a lot of which are requesting that we upgrade (and pay for) their software.

Favro

Did a free trial and didn't like it

I found it too "noisy" as far as a user-interface is concerned. Too many options all over the place. Hard to use, or at least not intuitive enough for my liking.

Pros

I like the fact that it has a ton of features and a million ways to customize things. I liked being able to sign up for a free trial before committing.

Cons

When I sign up for software, maybe that's just me, but I expect to have it intuitive enough to use without having to watch. tutorial. Yes, if I watch tutorials I can make better use, but I expect to have it simple enough to add instant value without having to watch a tutorial. This was not the case for me with Favro, contrary to their competitors such as Asana, Trello and AirTable, all of which were easy enough to start making use of without having to spend a minute on tutorials.
