Pros

We researched 20+ software applications to fit our business model, and Liquid Planner was the clear winner for us. The onboarding and customer support have been superb.
Like many project management software solutions, LiquidPlanner wants to be everything to everybody. That's great in the robust features it offers but than can come with a learning curve.
I like how flexible it is. Projects never move along perfectly, and I feel like this is the software that actually built-in functionality to account for that.

Pros

From the beginning with the sales person, the demo provided, deployement of the product and now the full time use of it I am very happy with. The great online support is the absolute best.
Overall great - it really brings something niche to the table with its reporting feature, and it includes many other useful features that other programs have as well. Definitely would recommend.
What i like the most is how easy i can schedule the vacations of my teamwork or customize the company calendar so everyone can see the tasks we have to accomplish.

Cons

This software was just ugly. It worked, and it does what you need it to, but the interface is very unpleasant and overwhelming.
When we were discussing the pros and cons an individual with a lot of influence was complaining that dates in the tool move if someone is sick and not getting to their tasks.
Form to item is useless, hard to implement, just missing a lot of features we need.

Cons

No more scribbled post-its that get lost or physical task charts or private excel files, everything is visible and we can stop bugging our project manager constantly.
I use it for project management and reporting. So far it gets the job done, but I do have those moments where it's very frustrating because it won't do what i need it to do.
Fighting with it to do regular project activities.
