Ease of use and setup. We could get it set up within a day, moved some of the things from Trello, Notion and Slack over.
Still not able to move everything over from Notion and Slack. Some members still prefer Notion and Slack.

It has made us plan out content and projects better. We are using it everyday to track the status of the projects we are working on and gives a better visibility of the things team is working on and what we can plan coming forward. Great work Nifty team

Nifty is great product but it has very slow progress in his roadmap. They need to follow the trend and adjust their feature according the market.
We have Kanban and Gantt view and the best is with each task we can put subtask and put many comments on it with member attribution.
I think this tool would be great if they implement with Notion to avoid Docs and folder.

Nifty is all in one tool.It is the center of my remote team because we can manage everything we need in our day to day operations.
I like more integrations with apps like Notion, but it gives me connection with Google Drive, Calendar, and others.

This is the easiest-on-the-eyes, most intuitive PM platform we've tried or used (especially compared to Asana and Notion). Document storage, creation, and management is a breeze. Uploading large numbers of files is lightning fast, and document navigation is super easy. Task management has deep capacity. Onboarding has been a snap compared to other platforms. Devs have built in heavy emphasis on real-time communication and collaboration. Support is super responsive. They have a very active development schedule. Nifty will replace Asana, Slack, and Dropbox Paper for us.
There is no native print function anywhere. All uploaded files and files created in Nifty have to be downloaded in order to print. This presents companies with an added security issue. In the Files section, pdfs are uploaded as images, so even if you download to print, you just have a png. The Share function for Files only shares to people on your team or onboarded guests. All kinds of system notifications show up in the Discussion streams and there's no way to delete them. The functionality of the Discussions widget is less than the functionality when you click through and expand the Discussions to a full window. So, for instance, you cannot pin a discussion from the widget. This is the least intuitive thing about the app.

I got Notion when I first moved into project management. I love it. It's not has heavy as SmartSheet or as cumbersome as OneNote. It's also not a primary project management tool, in my opinion. But it's a great tool to have alongside my SmartSheet instance. Excellent for meeting notes, task tracking, building proposals and having templates at the ready.
It's like OneNote in that it's extremely powerful and feature rich. But far more user friendly and intuitive. Not to mention, the interface is great. I love how easy it is to customize and build any kind of document/structure I can imagine. And collaboration is pretty nifty too. Great perks for recommending folks that sign up.
The only thing I had any trouble with was understanding the storage/size limits on the free version. It's not super clear what a "block" is. But you can gauge it once you start building content. I haven't looked recently to see if documentation has been updated to better explain.
