An easy-to-use mobile application completes the system by providing a connection to onsite teams, allowing them to update notes, add attachments, and capture images/videos of the progress undertaken onsite. The system ultimately ensures the company is fully in control of the business, helping them overcome customer disputes.

  • A job management application included within the platform allows job creation against a specific customer. The job or project can then be fully managed at every stage, offering the ability to update notes, add attachments, media, or costs.

  • Field based workers or onsite tradespeople are allocated a particular stage of the project. These individuals then collect the job via their mobile device, indicate it started, and then proceed to gather information, evidence, images, and videos of the status of a project through their time onsite.

  • Once a stage of a project is completed remotely, this is automatically uploaded to the systems admin database for processing. Office representatives can then carry out any admin processes, on completion allocating the next stage of the project to a field-based worker.
