It lays everything  out so orderly and convenient.

Some manual resources are very long and stringent especially when assigning resources against tasks.

Example - someone that is working on a task is scheduled for 10 hours, but the overall task duration will cover two weeks. If they complete their work on in part early on day one, say 8 hours of it, you can update the percent complete to 80% but the distribution of workload for the remainder of the schedule doesn't reduce the hours left in the task.

The project management software was very good but only that when it comes to quantifying of projects, it is needs to be incorporated in one software so that it can be work friendly and address multiples needs within one software.

After signing up for a free trial we had a couple of questions and found out the software did not work for us and thought our account was cancelled since they did not offer a mobile app and our company can only use software that has a mobile app as we only use it in the field.

I forgot to cancel my trial at the end of 30 days, and I was charged $400 for 15 users at the end of the month! And that was just for 1 month.

This company just outputs the minimum viable product and then uses free trial scam tactics to bolster their revenue.

I tested this software as a potential replacement for MS Project which isn't available on my Mac.

They have no phone number so I have not been able to talk to anyone about this issue and when emailed they did not care and had horrible customer service.  

This app is great for project management tracking and planning.

The biggest benefit I have experienced is having everything listed in an organized manner at my fingertips.

Deleted my account without any warning left me hanging and would not return calls or emails.

I believe in working with companies with integrity - I was not even 12 hours past the charge.

None would return my call as the said they would on the recording.  

I'll never consider the software for the rest of my team in the future due to that poor service.

I'm not interested in doing future business with a company with that kind of "gotcha" practices.

I WILL MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS TO MY STATE GOVERNMENT TO AVOID THIS VENDOR.
