Pros

It's been great having so many templates to choose from and customize. Awesome that it can be integrated with MS Teams.
I love the ease to customize your sheet for whatever you need and however you like it. Love being able to switch around columns and sort rows so quickly too.
The project being web-based helps to share information with other members of the team. The ability to export to various formats, as well as get team updates is a huge benefit.

Pros

It's a powerful tool that is well worth the investment if you need a comprehensive task management solution.
It's very easy to use and well worth it's value. I love it's versatility it had everything I was looking for all-in-one.
The UI is very attractive, I will say that. Integration with other systems is great, although I see that same functionality with many other systems.

Cons

I then took the Smartsheet training to be certified and that opened my eyes to the power of the tool (and also to the fact that the sheets I hated were users in our company using it very, very WRONG).
The only complaint that I have is that if the spreadsheet is very large, the page can be slightly laggy.
Some features seem to be missing or limited features available.

Cons

Subscription model is not working for me, I think subscription is specially bad for educational workers (students and educators from low income countries), a perpetual option is always welcomed.
I cannot print tasks or mindmaps, I have lost my imindmap.
Before discovering Ayoa, I jumped from one app to the other because they just didn't suit me. It was frustrating and time-consuming to move every other month.

Great for organizing tasks

DropTask has genuinely saved me time, and it's not an app I'd ever want to go without.

Pros

DropTask has been a great tool to keep tasks within complex projects organized and moving forward. It integrates with Smartsheet and Google, so ties into other apps that I'm already using.

Cons

I think DropTask could do with more video supports. They have a nice written support section, but video tutorials would be more helpful.
