I have used Microsoft Teams task management features before but they had many flaws that are taking care of by using Trello instead.
Although helpful it’s imbedded Microsoft Teams software is a little hard to use

I just love it .its a kind of tool that we were looking for for regular retrospective meetings. The way it reminds us on discussed points and the notifications it sends when there is no activity from assigned members is a nice idea
It would be good if we can add this as a plug in to mailing systems like outlook and Microsoft teams

I got my small business setup with Trello in minutes. We added staff accounts and projects were started easily. Tasks assigned and work was getting done. What more do you need?
This is very simple to use project management tool. So easy to build a board for efficient and effective Agile, SCRUM or Kanban style projects
It connects with Gmail more easily than Microsoft Office. I was unable to use Microsoft Teams for my conferences, just Google Hangouts.
