Then they deactivated our account with no warning, and when I asked they said "it's written on the invoice. I supposedly had access to a CSM, but they never called. We want to stress that we love and recommend Wrike mostly for its ability to combine what we see as available features from other applications under one umbrella.

Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

All that does is make adopting it difficult because their are too many features. Function Fox is a great program for helping you track hours and tasks. Also, the customer service team is very responsive and very helping in answering any questions I have had over the years.

This is a good platform for documenting stuff and using it company wide. You can arrange pages in a fine manner which is good because everything stays at place then and does not become cumbersome.

Filters on project pages to see only your tasks, or only certain tasks filtered by tags is neat. Nice integrations and full REST API is a nice addition. It is an enjoyable experience, it made some company processes very easy and unbureaucratic, we have much more visibility of the projects and it unified some tasks that were made separately.
