Project Management Made Easy
What users mention about monday.com See all reviews The managers are able to have a high-level view of how progress is going, while the team can see the daily details of each and every task. The layout is fun, colorful, and most importantly clean. The boards super easy to navigate and everything is easily accessible - great for assigning and keeping track of your and your teams works. The feature that I liked the most and is the most impactful is the ability to integrate with other software applications to bring in data to Monday.com. It creates a seamless integration.
Manage your projects from start to finish with Wrike
What users mention about Wrike See all reviews The Gantt chart is amazing and very handy as a project management tool and good for scheduling. It has a Customized automated workflows, and also can be integrated with so many popular Apps. Then they deactivated our account with no warning, and when I asked they said "it's written on the invoice. I supposedly had access to a CSM, but they never called. We want to stress that we love and recommend Wrike mostly for its ability to combine what we see as available features from other applications under one umbrella.
Project & Issue Tracking Software - See why we're #1!
What users mention about JIRA Software See all reviews I like the ease of viewing all the issues on one dashboard that eased delegating tasks to lower management and proved to be a wonderful tool for project management. I love the workflow templates if offers out of the box. Jira also supports Kanban boards and has an awesome mobile app which can keep you up to date anywhere. For a non developer user there is too many things and options you get lost in the middle of it. So much complexity in terms of customization that me, personally end up being a little bit lost.
Project Management & Time Tracking For Teams Of Any Size.
What users mention about ProWorkflow See all reviews A solid software for small ad or creative agencies that need to track projects. Easy to learn and has some good capabilities for tracking time against budget. Task Templates are a lifesaver. It is simple enough not to take up all your time but powerful enough to ensure all your information is stored and easily accessable. Offers a lot of useful and powerful functionality for managing projects including file sharing, notifications and time sheets. Love the built in messaging tool, really useful.
Project and work management for teams of all sizes.
What users mention about Asana See all reviews Using the free version currently and the free version is good enough for my management. I like the user interface, its very colourful and very easy to understand and navigate even for non-IT user. I did not use Asana to it's potential due to lack of branding and it not being top of mind as compared to some of its competitors. The tool is dull and makes a project look boring. It is a super customizable platform to assign tasks and track them so that all team members have a good workload. The online support is also very helpful.
Project management and collaboration tools
What users mention about Easy Projects See all reviews It greatly improves our ability to see the health of every project on the floor from any office. EP's commitment to helping and listening to their customers has also been a great asset. We were satisfied and up untill now are happy to have such an easy in-use and simple tool. Special thanks to a Support Team that is promptly reacting to any of our requests. Easy Projects is so incredibly easy to use and the company really loves feedback on how to improve. That is something I can appreciate as my company strives for continuous improvement.

What users mention about Smartsheet See all reviews We are able to increase our work agility during our software implementation projects while using this excellent software. Great integrations with other systems. I love how easy it is to use, how visually attractive it is to the eye. Our Plant Manager wants to make things easier for everyone to see how well we are doing overall, this would help. I have used Smartsheet for 8 years and have been pleased with the way it has improved and developed, and when new useful features come out users are well informed.
Project Management, Resource Planning, & PSA software
What users mention about Mavenlink See all reviews My overall impression is that it was a very good tool. My company only used it for timekeeping pretty much at the time, and was just beginning to understand the usefulness of this software. Our team is so happy to have made the switch to Mavenlink. The sales and support team have been outstanding. Our client success manager Jacquie Smith always makes sure the Weejee team have a great experience. The customer service is great and very responsive.
The agile collaboration app for organizational flow.
What users mention about Favro See all reviews What I like most about Favro is that it is intuitive, effective for working together, and also that with its help I can comfortably monitor the status of tasks performed in real time. I love the fact that it incorporates a spreadsheet element and "cards" and seamlessly pulls from one to the other. Super easy to wrap my head around that system. I also like how you can see a full history of everything that has happened. The workflow rules are nice (these seem pretty basic though - would love more options for these).
A single place for team communication and workflows
What users mention about Slack See all reviews As of today, the only downside that I've been experiencing is missing notifications. Even though I've updated the notification settings I've found that I missed some of the messages. The tool is super easy to use, it opens up the lines of communications across teams and the org, and you can have so much fun while doing. It's great for boosting team moral and spirit. Love it, is super easy to use, they always bringing updates, I will definitely recommend it.
All-in-one, client-focused project management for teams.
What users mention about Avaza See all reviews The easy to use interface, which translates to mobile super easily. Really happy with a couple of features I cannot find elsewhere, which helps our companies efficiency and flow. With Avaza I have better control over the timeline and status of my projects. I love the invoicing and ability to send out the invoices and communications directly from the app. Avaza allows me to keep all my clients and their individual projects in one place without sorting through a maze of emails (or worse - missing an email).
Cloud-based organization & collaboration tool
What users mention about Airtable See all reviews A great web solution that helps you make beautiful sheets without the hassles of excel. The UI is what people first comment on when I invite them to our shared set of bases--either "it looks great" or "this is easy" or something like that. I love the low price-point and the amazing customer service they have, by far one f the most powerful low-cost database/spreadsheet tool out there.
Project Management, Collaboration and Bug Tracking
What users mention about Zoho Projects See all reviews Organization of the mais topics regarding project management like activities and documents, but would be better improved if focused in a capital equipments projects and etc. It can be difficult for some to learn, especially those who are not tech-savvy. There are some limitations in customizing tasks and issue fields that are not deal-breakers but are certainly annoying. Now i am able to get time-sheet also fill-up from my team which is good point for me. Now Zoho task management is accessible through mobile app also which is also good part of this product offering.
Enterprise Agile Program Management
Work management software that lets your team do more.
What users mention about Teamwork Projects See all reviews Teamwork Project is incredibly outstanding product and now it has become my most favorite project management tool. I like its ease of use the most. Limited integrations with other tools which can sometimes be annoying. Frustrating user management tools. Flexible project management & team communication tool
What users mention about Basecamp See all reviews We can easily share information documents and everything. It is full of great features, the thing that I like most we can track our projects in efficient and reliable ways. The overall experience is pretty average and neutral. It is good, quite easy to use and cooperate with other people, but the price for money value isn't great. My experience with Basecamp is a good but the only challenge is with the customer care ,where I would like to make an enquiry about some but the responds needs to be worked on please.
Collaborative task management platform
What users mention about Azendoo See all reviews It is easy to use and there are tons of great integrations with other fantastic tools like Evernote. If you lead people and need an affordable tool for you and your team, check out Azendoo. The platform is super simple to use and easy on the eyes. It's perfect for freelancers who don't want to spend a ton of money each month for similar platforms. We've gone from Trello to it because it allows more flexibility and a better management. The customer team is also great, ask for a new feature, if it's a good idea they add it.
Visual platform that helps to scale agile across the company
What users mention about Targetprocess See all reviews The web-hosted version of Target Process is outstanding for a small company that wants sophisticated collaboration software without a dedicated IT staff. There is no possibility to add files and comments to tasks, and there are no ready-made templates for projects in Targetprocess. The study was very long due to the lack of detailed training manuals. I initially liked the program with its well-designed user interface, which developers still continue to improve. It is always easy to get help from customer support.

Enterprise Kanban | Visual Project Management
What users mention about LeanKit See all reviews Terrible account management backend for managing your team or subscription. We have been charged for our cancelled account since December 2018. It gives us a fairly good visualization of work progress.
Project management on time
What users mention about 5pm See all reviews When searching for old projects/tickets, if they are closed and you decide to open one then your current view gets screwed up and you have to configure it again to only show open/active tickets. The ability to clone tasks without porting all the content is helpful, and I love the fast load times and super reliable cloud-based access from any computer. Document manament is very easy too. I like the software because it helps my team to easily track our work progress, which can potentially help us to decide time and budget in the future.

What users mention about Evernote See all reviews Intuitive document organisation, just like you would organise tangible documents, big kudos to the product design team. Great ease of use, even for first-time users. I love everything about this app. I use it on my laptop and have the accompanying app, and the information is synced immediately - making it super easy to track anything and everything. Sometimes I can get lost in the endless categories and subcategories that are possible to make. And notes can sometimes hard to distinguish from each other.
A truly visual project management service.

So far I have no negative experienced in this software.
Multi-platform to-do list and task manager
What users mention about Todoist See all reviews I was using it and then migrating to the competition and then back again to Todoist. I will not claim that it is the best tool but it suits me perfectly and I feel encouraged to work on my tasks. I was shocked when I realize you can't retrieved your "done" tasks. You tick it, and it's gone, that's quite annoying and undesirable. I love the ability to drag an email to the software and it automatically generates a task. The ability to schedule task really helps keep our team on track.

The flexible way to manage projects with clients
What users mention about Podio See all reviews Sometimes it seems to be lagging and it's hard to determine whether it's due to the load it puts on the browser and the computer lags or the system as well as it's cloud-based. While it's not the easiest program to use, there are very many helpful articles as well as a support team that is more than happy to help. I love the ability to customize databases, workflows, and project management. We've played with the API a bit too, and are excited to try other integrations with our ERP.

Task and Project Management Platform
What users mention about Redbooth See all reviews It is good to have the ability to set up other team members with tasks and completion dates. Receiving the notifications via email is also a helpful experience. Of the best platforms for project management, activities and times. Very good to get reports of hours in tasks and generate diagrams for deliveries. The Dashboard is somewhat useless and just mimics a prettier email inbox while having the same behavior. Their premise of replacing email is a bit doubtful.

What users mention about Any.do See all reviews Very happy with this tool. It integrates well between mobile and desktop, is easy to use, and has a ton of great functionality...even as a free user. Once logged in, I quickly discovered that any.do won't do any of the things I need and I found it confusing. So went to cancel my account only to discover that THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL. Moreover, it's an excellent never-miss-a-thing solution. There is also a built-in grocery-list feature that divides the products into categories and helps me with shopping.
Plan, Share & Get Things Done!
Work management and organization for teams
Collaborative project and task management software
Agile project management tool for developers
What users mention about Pivotal Tracker See all reviews UI is pretty snappy and is reasonably good at updating without reloading. Story templates are nice, and the new code/qa review options are a nice move. I love how simple estimates are on stories, how it tracks velocity, how easy it is to use and it's a great price point for my business. Once you get the hang of it it's pretty easy to use; tasks just go in according to stack and it all makes sense. It has a good drag and drop ability which I find very useful.
Project, issue, and bug tracking for teams
What users mention about FogBugz See all reviews It's then easy to track and search for existing cases. Assigning bugs to staff is easy and helps keep track of progress. Really easy to use and efficient bug tracking system. I like the color-coding by status which helps in addition to sorting on fields. I dislike just how complex it is. Settings are not neatly organized and you can end up digging for a setting in many different locations.
Easy Project and Task Management for Teams
What users mention about Hitask See all reviews We are a team of two in our office and have found that sometimes with the day to day business, tasks get forgotten, mishandled, improperly followed up on, or worse - lost with Microsoft Outlook. Would be good to be able to colour code people and tasks in a way the system remembers – but maybe that is a big ask. Layout is beautifully clear and useful that we can close down calendar. Easy to use, clean interface, good collaboration tools and task assignment.
Scrum software for agile teams
Project management & scheduling solution
What users mention about Workstack See all reviews We love how easy this is to use, how it integrates with basecamp and how much more organised we are with it. The fact it offers a free plan for up to two users is fantastic. It's an efficient dashboard to show what everyone on the team is doing. I have no real complaints, but my interaction has been superficial. Ideal to have organized all the actions done and to be done for each project. The free plan is very good to be able to try it for a while until you convince yourself to buy it.
The only software to organize your marketing in one place.
What users mention about CoSchedule See all reviews It's set up perfectly for a content marketer like myself and has an incredible amount of integrations to seamlessly work among your marketing stack. The best feature in this is the Write Better Headlines feature which helps analyze your post's headline and slot it for better keyword and SEO placement. It becomes a bit annoying sometimes because if the goal is not achieved or a task on the timeline is missed, it becomes all chaotic.
Free, Agile Scrum Tool & Issue Tracker
Redmine is a project management web application
What users mention about Redmine See all reviews I enjoy it for tracking projects and holding team members accountable. The watchers option is fantastic, however the interface itself leaves little to be desired. The fact that it is so customizable is great (we were able to have the perfect tool). The fact that it needed to be customized wasn't so great (we spent time building a tool instead of other things). User interfaces of this applications is very poor and it's very hard to figure out process and features available within the application. There's no notification system also.
Get serious about personal productivity
What users mention about OmniFocus See all reviews OmniFocus has changed my task management strategy and I cannot use any other system now because of how scalable and powerful this system is. It was a great clean interface when I used it. Has offline capabilities on the desktop app and on the phone.
Project management tool for software development teams
What users mention about Assembla See all reviews The clumsy implementation of scrum and poor handling of sprints through milestones. The lack of decent work flows and the outdated feel. Overall, we've been happy with Assembla, other than the pricing. It is easy to link from one area of a project to another and user management is a breeze. Our company has a large number of ongoing projects with even more milestones in progress at the same time split by teams. Assembla has been helping us have a smooth and uniform process.
Time tracking & billing software
What users mention about Remember The Milk See all reviews It has an excellent (when it works) Gmail plugin, so you can manage your task from your email. There are also apps for your mobile device and tablet, and the UI of each is excellent. Great todo software that balances simplicity with great flexibility. Not worth the money, free options do much more and do it better.
The visual workspace for creative thinkers.
Simple task management optimized for iPhone & Android
Create • Aggregate • Collaborate
What users mention about Zoho Notebook See all reviews The moment I opened it up, It was fun and joyful. I like the security of a passcode so you don't have anyone snooping in on your notes, thoughts and expression. I wanted something to save information a quick way, and I found this notebook plugin. Its been working like a charm better than expected. No more worries of losing what you write, sync to all devices. And everything for free.
Collaboration and file management
What users mention about Microsoft OneNote See all reviews Ve lost entire pages due to syncing issues and the worst part is they have completely removed the functionality to back up your notes locally. Avoid this until/if this issue is fixed. Following are the things i love about the application. Love the support in the application for multimedia. Working within a page is not always intuitive. Text blocks get merged into each other and in order to avoid it you have to create a text block further down the page which can quickly get disorganized.
Real time work tracking made easy.
Award-Winning Project Management Software
What users mention about ProjectManager.com See all reviews We missed the deadline for canceling the product and were charged the full monthly rate, with only a few days past deadline. When contacted the provider wouldn't even consider cancelling the charge. The interface is very user friendly and clean. It contains the right amount of information needed to ensure successful project management. I really love this software, it helps a lot in terms of reporting and updating of my tasks. Easy to use and very effective in planning.

The built in timer is far and away the best one we've used as a company.
All-in-one product management platform & roadmap tool
What users mention about productboard See all reviews Excellent community including a slack channel with helpful tips, articles etc. Portal is an excellent idea and great for engaging users and displaying the roadmap to prospective enterprise customers. The design and UX of the app makes using ProductBoard on a daily basis super easy and enjoyable. Creating custom views that you can call up when you need to is great. It has smart features that accomplish things other products or spreadsheets never could. The ability to link and adjust different views for different audiences is very helpful.
Real-Time Team Collaboration & Project Management Software
What users mention about Samepage See all reviews What I like about this software, is its flexibility in sharing task information to the team (members of the group). The ease in listing time and date of activities is very easy and user friendly. I contacted customer service and they gave me a fabulous deal for my non profit. It is nice to see that some companies are still helping small businesses. Very polished looking interface, with clean & sharp icons. The ability to have conversations, share files, and modify one file for updates to the team is great online.
Timesheets & Project Management Software
What users mention about FunctionFox See all reviews This product allows you to modify anything to make it more like your own personal workflow, my sales rep was awesome. She was so through and patient with me, when teaching me the system. We really had bad experiences with project management software that tried to do everything and connect to everything. All that does is make adopting it difficult because their are too many features. Function Fox is a great program for helping you track hours and tasks. Also, the customer service team is very responsive and very helping in answering any questions I have had over the years.
100% free CRM, collaboration and communication tool suite
What users mention about Bitrix24 See all reviews I am overall not pleased with this CRM but for a small company in it's first few years, it is cheap and good for small projects. Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.
World's #1 roadmap software
What users mention about Aha! See all reviews The team was extremely helpful as I got into the tool and needed best practice guidance. They were focused on getting me the background I needed to setup successfully. I really want to highlight how good and responsive Aha support is. These are clearly people who have used the platform as product managers - not just well-trained sales/technical support staff. The CCG Product Team loves the roadmap features, reporting capabilities, strategy visualization and customizations, system integration abilities, ease of use and working closely with the Aha.
The next generation of professional services automation.
What users mention about HarmonyPSA See all reviews The combination of Salesforce and ServiceMax was such a bad fit for us. Many of our processes had to be done outside of the system and we were losing valuable information. Harmony is a fully featured, and incredibly well supported PSA software. Our platform team had spent countless hours investigating the best possible solution for our unique requirements. I must have spent countless days looking for the "right" PSA tool and I just kept coming back to Harmony, I love it. Happy to share my experience with anybody thinking about a new PSA.
Online project management tool for developers
What users mention about Backlog See all reviews It is wonderful the system of assignment of tasks and notifications that allows to always take the project to the day and with the priorities to solve. It is a designer and programmer friendly tool where it's easy to collaborate without any noticeable hassles. What users mention about ActiveCollab See all reviews I really like the ability to track time, tasks and progress all in one tool. And the speed in which I can spin up a new project is pretty great. Second, ActiveCollab had awesome customer service when I had any issues or questions. This was a big plus because I then knew I was in good hands.
Cloud based team scheduling software
What users mention about Resource Guru See all reviews I liked how quick and easy this software was to use, as I'm not that good with technology I was amazed at how simple it is. Have really loved using this software. It's been user friendly, informative, detailed and is a great platform to organise and structure work within out agency. Although there is room for improvement, I think in the last year it has improved greatly and am excited to see what features are to come in the future.
Resource scheduling & project management for agencies
What users mention about Forecast See all reviews I like how Forecast is intuitive, fast and most importantly, fun to use. When completing tasks, you get an avatar popping up telling you great job which is fund. Powerful reporting - easy to see where projects are over/under spending. Fantastic UX with many control points throughout the software. Filters on project pages to see only your tasks, or only certain tasks filtered by tags is neat. Nice integrations and full REST API is a nice addition.
Workflow management for marketing and creative teams.
What users mention about inMotion See all reviews I have enjoyed the ability to keep track of all of our projects. I like that we can save files in it and that submitters can provide quick and simple instructions. I love most the proofing functions of this software. Having all of the edits, comments and changes in one place is wonderful. InMotion ignite is a big improvement from classic and is easy to use. Customer service has been excellent and are always looking for feedback on ways to improve the software.
Task & project automation for growing teams
What users mention about Rindle See all reviews The visibility Rindle gives every member of our team on all of our projects is amazing. It was very easy to learn and the staff is AMAZING and so helpful. Rindle meets all of these requirements and more, and provides a great platform in which our company can operate and communicate with each other throughout project timelines with ease. The automation functionality really does save time and possibly eliminates some workflow steps. It's really customizable and can already do an impressive amount things with more being added often.
Online Enterprise Work Management Software
What users mention about Workfront See all reviews Unable to customize email notifications, no analytics (as of yet), unable to customize/provide validation in our custom forms. The reporting capabilities is terrific, very robust, and most importantly, easy to use. It has everything we need, and even things we didn't know we needed. All of their support reps have been friendly and helpful. Onboarding was a bit of a process, but once we got it up and running it's been great.
CRM for lifelong customer relationships.
What users mention about Insightly See all reviews Insightly CRM is itself a very reliable tool which allows the user to gain the most of the advantage with its easy to use features and efficient tools. Insightly CRM is a great option to consider, it has all the needed features like dashboard, process workflow, lead management, opportunities , converting opportunities to project, etc. It went from bad to worse... see cons comments. At 5 weeks of failures with Insightly and horrible upgraded support we moved to HUBspot and had it up and running in less then a week.

What users mention about Zoho Sprints See all reviews For me, it was a great to find out about it, and then when I start using and understanding, just so easy to apply agile methodology to my work. The best is the simplicity of it. I did not explore it completely bat till now I have a lot help from software. I love to mark steps and task as a "to do", "in progress" and "complete. Super easy, simple, intuitive, reports, supports scrum framework and sprints like no other.
Collaboration and task management tool
What users mention about MeisterTask See all reviews It is very easy to use, it is wonderful that I can share this with my collegues and we can all see what each other is working on and for how long. I had problems with having a overview about the tasks in my team. Now we can shortly assign the tasks and nothing gets lost in the chain. I like how is designed and i like the user friendly interface. I recommend this app for everyday use and i like how the pro user features are easy to found and use.
End-to-end product management for agile teams
What users mention about craft See all reviews Still much better than Jira. There could be more advances solutions like AgileFant. User friendly and user interface is good and dynamic. We are doing weekly sprints and are now on sprint 65 or so. Supports all essential features, like image uploads, attachments, planning, etc.
Project & workflow management for the creative industry
What users mention about Workamajig See all reviews Workamajig is overall a good, solid program to use for our marketing department needs. It's easy to create and resolve tasks, organize your schedule, and get overviews of projects and campaigns. The newer features that allow me to drill down into more information, or click on a link to take me to a new screen is turning out to be super helpful to solve issues. The project management piece is excellent if utilized to its full potential. The ability to customize your color scheme is also pretty nice.
Create, organize, and discuss work with your team
What users mention about Atlassian Confluence See all reviews I absolutely love Confluence. I am a pack rat when it comes to process and project documentation, and Confluence is my perfect companion for sharing that info in an easy and beautifully formatted way. Its integration with JIRA is one of the best benefits that we've enjoyed. You can highlight the text of the task in the minutes or in the project description and add it as a JIRA task. This is a good platform for documenting stuff and using it company wide. You can arrange pages in a fine manner which is good because everything stays at place then and does not become cumbersome.
The project management tool for multi-functional agile teams
What users mention about Taiga See all reviews The UI is great, you can easily create cards, track progress and more for your team. Also you can manage the theme of the dashboard, I loved it. I love this tool, it's easy to see everything and the time feed of what's recently been changed or updated is brilliant. Overall it’s an amazing software for free and moving in right direction.
Email management software and shared inbox for teams
What users mention about Front See all reviews Easy to use, scalable to any size company and has a fantastic phone app. Customer support is good and it was easy to install and set up the software. This is just a feature request rather than a complaint, but I can have all the conversations in an email opened by default instead of the collapsed view. Previously, we attempted to use Gmail to accomplish this, but Front does a great job of managing the workflow of sharing one email and collaborating effectively.
