It has a clean and neat interface. Has some nifty integrations.
I still don't see it as anything other than a common wall of sticky notes.

Ease of use is my favorite part of this software. For projects, it is easy to see your tasks laid out and also a snap to organize.
There is a lot of stuff you can do with Trello, it takes some fiddling to learn all the nifty tricks.

Overall I like it and my experience with them was good I just found better options (Nifty PM) that fit my needs better.
I liked how easy it is to use initially for simple task set up. I also like how easy it is to collaborate with others and customize the look and feel of the platform.
Overall I felt when I started to get into more complex needs it became too complicated. Maybe I had it setup wrong but I had to go through too many menus and sub menus.

Trello is really user friendly and straight to the point. It is also great to manage teams and tasks status.
There are certain limitations that cannot be overlooked when needing to professionally manage a team. There are attemps at 3rd party addons but nothing as good as what you could find on Nifty for example. Milestones, Gantt, discussions and file sharing etc.

Nifty is a collaborative project planning and management plaftorm. the platform can support discussion and tasks planning. Nothing to say about the platform. it's user friendly

Exceptional customer service & customer experience
Very easy to use and amazing UI. Impressed with the software right out of the box and it just keeps getting better the more I use it. Customer for life.
Didn't find this sooner and was using other products like Trello/Basecamp/Keepsolid Goals

I really like Nifty, I used Trello and now I only use Nifty.
The ease with which I can switch views of my projects. Also, it is well structured and has a very easy design.
I missed more automations on the lower planes.

Overal positive. I got a great deal on lifetime purchase and never looked back.
I like that it has my most used pieces of software rolled into one (slack, trello, docs)
It can be a bit confusing at first with its many options

I have found it imported great from Trello. It is really easy to keep organized and to manage tasks with dependencies.
Easy to use, great organization abilities, easy to manage several brands
I would like more templates that is the only con I have found so far.

I simply love Nifty. It is my day to day management tool and makes my life so much easier. I would say is something in between Trello and Asana. It is more much more advanced than Trello but keeping it's simplicity and has pretty much the same features than Asana but with a better UX.
You can change views to see your tasks in a Kaban view, task list, milestones, Gannt project view, etc. But the best thing is that you can have a calendar view with all the tasks of the day/week/month. It has a really good UX and a mobile app to manage everything from your phone. It allows you to see either the teams workload or only your workload which can be especially useful for project managers. It also has many collaborative speaces. You can have conversations either at a task level or at the project level. You can share there links, files, resources... and it also has a specific workspace to share files and have all the project files that you need in one space.
Overall it has a great UX but there's a few things that could be improved. The calendar view is still a bit basic. I miss having tasks in different colors to prioritise and time-block properly. However, the product has a roadmap and is constantly impoving so I'm sure this is something we will see soon.

Ease of use and setup. We could get it set up within a day, moved some of the things from Trello, Notion and Slack over.
Still not able to move everything over from Notion and Slack. Some members still prefer Notion and Slack.

- very intuitive interface - easy to get up and running - integrates everything into one application rather than being spread out over various (i.e., Slack, BaseCamp, Dropbox, Trello)
- pricing mechanism means that it is only a feasible solution for decently sized teams

We used a number of rather simple tools like trello and a messenging application. None of them had all the things we wanted and if they did they had MUCH MUCH more than we would want and charged MUCH MUCH more. Nifty has had all the features we were using other services for. Tasks, project milestones, discussion, guest users, channels, integrations to tools we use - particularly git repos have all meet our needs. If you use a free version of trello for project management and are looking for something better without adding way more than you need this is a perfect fit. A super easy import from trello. Took 30 seconds
It is a little less developed than other tools out there - still growing. Updates and improvements are made quickly and the nifty team and support are great at listening to feedback. You may want something like zapier to integrate other items.

Nifty has been useful in helping us more effectively track our projects with their simple Trello-like board, track our hours per tasks and projects, and streamline communication.
The pricing was attractive and the fact that it allowed for a good number of internal and external collaborators worked out well for us.
The UI feels like it would benefit from a review by a UX expert to reduce the number of clicks to select things and do basic actions.

Nifty helped me to view my projects as projects needs to be, but also is a run and gun tool. You can just open and start populating it as a trello board.
You can open and start managing your projects. Their support is fast and attentive. Google Docs/Sheets integration in incredible. It’s simple and quality-oriented. Not too many bells and whistles.
It’s not perfect yet. Since I started using it in January, the tool got more robust, but it still lacks some features as some ordering and filtering, but their support is already aware of it so I believe these won’t be a issue in a couple of months anymore!

Easy to use. Has all the features you need.
Nifty is quick to learn and easy to use. There are no hidden surprises or confusing layouts - everything looks and feels very intuitive. We use it as a partner to work with one of our suppliers, so it's used for both internal and cross company communication and collaboration - very easy to have discussions, tag team members and share project updates or questions as they come up. We've also used the Docs and Files features a lot too and they make file/document sharing super easy.
No real gripes - it works really nicely. Maybe the Tasks section could be easier to understand, or laid out in a different way (it feels more bolted on vs how we use something like Trello or Jira).

It has a lot of valuable features for running a project with multiple clients/team members
Its okay and not that hard to use but competitors like Trello are much easier to navigate. Also pricing adds up if you have an even medium sized team although i am not sure competitors are that much better

I have used many project management tools like Asana, Zoho Projects, and Trello. But, Nifty is the best I ever used. Now I can easily collaborate with my team, organize projects, collaborate with my clients. Highly recommended!
Finding an all in one project management tool is a really hard thing. As an agency owner, I can say that this is best project management platform you can get it with this price. I found many unique features that are missing in popular project management tools. For example, the overview page that shows task breakdowns, direct messaging, pre-created project templates, and more! Most importantly, I really love the beautiful UI. The dark mode is really helpful for me!
Some of the features need to be improved, especially the guest features. Adding features like owner or admin can communicate with guests directly via messaging, customizing guest's permissions in projects, etc.

All in all everything is structured and in place. Thus there is no distraction like switching from tool to tool like we used to before.
The All-in-One structure of this software! It was really difficult to have an overview over every tool we used to before e.g. slack, trello, asana, drive etc. Another point is the milestone overview feature as gantt diagram.
Sometimes the Google Documents and Sheets is not function properly.

Nifty is a great platform to organize projects and manage projects and tasks with coworkers! It’s easy to use and has a good app.
I can’t really think of any cons! I have used Asana and Trello as well and find them all very similar. I’m not the one who pays for this so not sure how much it costs or how that compares to other competitors.

I started using Nifty after realizing that Trello wouldn't meet my desires, so I looked through several and found Nifty on Google. I did a trial for 14 days and found it to be the best service that had everything I was looking for. In addition to attentive support, the product has several updates with many improvements.
The design and practical interface. The iOS app is also very complete, I really liked it.
Still missing an A2F per physical key and some other cool ideas like Ai features etc.

Speaking about around 8 year agency experience as a Project Manager I have tried them all: JIRA, Trello, Asana, Monday and so on and so forth. I must admit that when leaving JIRA aside since it's for a different purpose IMO, nifty is the best among them! It's even that good that internally we don't use teams or slack anymore since it also offers a chat function.
Nothing to add here. There's really nothing bad about this software. There used to. When cloning a Milestone you'd only clone the milestone without the tasks associated with it. That problem does not exist anymore and the team has developed such awesome features of which I didn't know I need them. But I do. Every day!

There are so many pros, I'm not sure where to begin. The experience of the tool so far gives me the vibe that the tool is very mature, but the team is very adaptive and open to new ideas without compromising on their vision. Qualities I can definitely stand behind. So anyway, back to the pros: - Beautiful and FAST interface: When staring at something all day, you want something great to look at....
There's only 1 con so far that I encountered. The ability to export to other PM tools. Sometimes we get clients who specifically want to manage their project on Trello or Asana. It would be great if we could export our pre-existing task templates and milestones across for such use cases. It's easy to port in, but not easy (for not) to export out. However, I understand they are already working on this, so we'll just have to wait.

Great team behind the platform. Super helpful. A fantastic alternative to other collaboration tools out there!
With Nifty, we are able to manage and connect our project team members in one creative workspace. This tool has helped us to improve our collaboration processes at both the team and client levels. Nifty has enabled us to move forward faster with more clarity, helping us meet deadlines with ease. An awesome feature is Nifty documents and files, which serve as a central hub of our content and document collaboration. There are many useful and practical features that are designed to make us more effective and efficient with managing our projects. We also like the fact that we can set milestones and the overview section is fantastic for tracking each project, its progress, and time frames. Another pro is the ability to import projects/ documents etc. from other apps, such as Trello and Asana.
We can't say we don't like anything in particular about Nifty! Perhaps the onboarding process could be improved slightly to give more in-app information (the platform uses tooltips) on navigating the software and how to explore all its features (because there is a myriad of awesome ones to explore!). There are links to external documents, but it would enhance the UX if more navigation is provided in-app. While intuitive to use (with an awesome UI that you can customize), the onboarding experience can be maximized to ensure users can get set up faster and start being productive. I had the pleasure of talking with the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]! Not only is the software itself extremely value-based, but the customer support that is included also goes beyond expectations. I am happy to support his company, and recommend you do the same!
Luckily, my team and I were able to find Nifty right before we committed to a competitor which would have increased our overhead substantially. Compared to the 3,000 Dollar Annual Fee + the 7,000 Dollar overhead, it was really a tough pill for us to swallow. Before we bit the bullet, Nifty found it's way to me and let me tell you as a Project Manager and Operations Officer, Nifty lives up to its name. I could go on about the features, but the best part of the software is its multitude of integrations. Softwares like Trello, Basecamp, and Zoom are already integrated. This isn't a PM software your team will just refer to once a day, it's a platform from which your team can not only communicate, but work together and collaborate to complete projects, tasks, and goals.
The only problem with project management is getting a team to utilize new PM Software. Luckily, the support team is there to make sure your company's transition is as smooth as possible.

Best experience I ever have in working with PM tools, and I have tried a lot, like: Trello, Asana, Ora.pm, Teamwork, Jira, Wrike, Monday, Basecamp... you name it. If you are using any of those apps already, I can guarantee you that Nifty is better. The Overview section is the perfect view to start the day, with an admin dashboard where you can see at glance everything that is going on. The Workload dashboard is the second place where you want to check if you have a team. The Project Overview is the best project dashboard I have seen in any other tool, where you can configure to include the project data widgets you want to see when you open the project. For any of the above, nothing better that check a Nifty tour in Youtube, for example.
Ease of use. Clear view of everything you are working on. Kanban and Agile are VERY easy to use, and still have ALL the functionality. Milestones configuration is supreme. Support is great and the team is very eager to accept suggestions and update the software accordingly.
The Task description area is the only thing I think it could be improved. It should be more prominent at first sight, and include a simple text editor. It is a minor CON though, and the good thing about the task description area is that it saves automatically (so, in case you click on any othe button or get out the task, the description is saved, no matter what.
