Overall I like Wrike a lot better than many of the other project management tools I've used. It's straightforward and helps me stay on top of my projects.
I really like that Wrike is user-friendly and you can basically jump right in without a lot of training. Tasks are easy to create and track and I like the comments feature.
I wish the comments feature could be integrated with a tool like Slack. Maybe it can be??

It gets our team on track, meeting deadlines and avoiding emails at all cost.
Wrike can be a taylored ticketing solution for a company that understands the importance of teams interaction. So far we're tried at least 2 other companies, but none has given us the support that Wrike has given us. Every company is different, there cannot be a cookie cutter solution tor a ticketing system. That's why we love Wrike, we would never be able to accomplish so much without this awesome tool.
I wish there was a more intuitive integration with the Slack app. Or maybe more documentation for that matter.

Managing workflow cross departments in our company with a way to easily communicate outside of email and slack.
Wrike is very intuitive with the ability to operationalize lots of project management. Most other tools require integrating with other tools to achieve the same level of operationalization. With wrike, I can build forms to streamline workflows and templatize work.
I wish it auto-assigned subtasks to people in the header tasks, or had a way to add that on. I struggle with constantly adding people to subtasks.

Write has been a great tool for my team so far. Adoption was quick and it had an immediate impact on visibility of work and helped develop the update on progress muscle of the team!
Notifications of updates and being notified directly in Slack. It is easy to keep track of everything that my team is doing and will need to do.
The aesthetics of the program are not super appealing, which makes going into it less pleasant, but makes using the slack integration amazing!

Creative software for project managers and Microsoft teams. Change work streams and tailor works as you go farther into the project.
Slack and Sales force management integration is easy. Start with templates and explode with new designs. Resource management done with many tools.
Website slow to respond. Software and services need tweaks in some modules.

Very positive. The few times I've needed some support, the help was quick and clear.
I use it every day to keep track of all my tasks. We have it integrated with our Slack and my favorite thing about it is that I can instantly give everyone on my team updates on my tasks through slack. As a remote worker, this allows me to be proactively transparent with my workload.
The tool is very flexible but it may require a little handholding. Learning the best practices and figuring out what the best way to implement took some time.

Wrike can be integrated with other tools and programs, such as Google Drive, Slack, and Salesforce. It comes with a variety of reporting and analytics options to help teams measure performance and track progress.
Wrike offers a comprehensive suite of project management tools for teams of all sizes. It offers an easy-to-use interface with drag-and-drop capabilities and customizable dashboards. It is a cloud-based platform that enables real-time collaboration and communication.
Wrike’s interface can be complicated for first-time users. Some of the features are limited for users on the free plan.It does not offer an offline mode for users who need to work in remote locations.

Better colours and general look would help to get our team attracted to the app.
We have kept Wrike for it's Gantt Charts features which are essential for our work. It's a good way of seeing our work flow.
We've noticed the team doesn't particularly like using Wrike because of it's kind of corporate look and feel. Some find it hard to navigate. We use Slack, Gmail, Calendar, etc and Wrike was not the easiest thing to sell to the team as a whole.

We used at a 15-person small agency of folks across demographic spectrum, and half the team in PC, half is Mac. I would adoption and onboarding took longer in Wrike compared to using a combo of Slack and Asana, but eventually it had better value.
Analytical and account management team seemed to be more prone to Wrike than our creative team. Those who use MS Office seem to appreciate the integration and look at feel.
Some of our team had more experience in Asana, and continued to talk about more playful and intuitive views in Asana vs Wrike..... For me it felt like you 'had-to' make updates in Wrike... and look for tasks.

Wrike is a solid choice for teams looking for a comprehensive project management solution. It offers a wide range of features that help us stay organized and on top of our tasks.
A user-friendly interface that is easy to navigateA wide range of features that support project management, including task tracking, calendars, and file sharing.A customizable workflows that can be tailored to fit the needs of different teams.A built-in time tracking and reporting toolsStrong integration capabilities with other tools such as Google Drive and Slack
The software is sometimes too complex for our needs.Limited customization options for the user interface. It can be relatively expensive compared to other project management tools, but worth the cost still.

Wrike provides a set of features that streamline project management, promote organized work, and deliver productivity-enhancing results. It allows us to keep our simple or complex projects well organized.
It has a wide variety of predefined templates, which help to start projects smoothly. It facilitates the development of complex projects through phases in a simple and effective way. It allows efficient monitoring of projects through the Gantt chart. Integration with Slack ensures communication is seamless. Provides visually pleasing reports to assess project performance and achievements.
The only thing is that its configuration takes a significant amount of time.

We've been using Wrike for about 6 months across our entire department. It's particularly useful when one group within the dept. needs an asset, design, etc from another. We can easily request whatever we need within Wrike. The communication is also seamless, there is a Slack integration which is awesome, so you never miss updates.
Great for communicating with other people in your department. Especially if you have remote employees or a large team. Easy to use, easy to communicate with others.
I think there are a lot of 'hidden' features in Wrike. I'd love if they gave more tips/tricks to make using Wrike even more powerful.

We tried different project and task management programs, and Wrike is one of those that really helped us get organized and efficiently collaborate on tasks and projects.
In three words: flexibility, collaboration, and integration.Wrike offers us a wide range of features that we can tailor to suit the needs of our team and projects.Collaboration: The platform makes it easy for us to share files, assign tasks, and leave comments on projects.Integration: Wrike can be integrated with a variety of other tools, such as Google Drive and Slack, which improves our workflow and efficiency.
In three words here, too: learning curve, price, and limited customization.Learning Curve: Wrike has a lot of features, and it took us some time to become fully proficient in using all of them.Price: Wrike can be pricey compared to other project management tools. However, the new $9.8 a month "TEAM" price looks promising.Limited Customization: Some users may find the customization options to be limited.

A positive aspect of Wrike is that it is a popular project management software that offers a wide range of features and tools to help teams collaborate and organize their work more efficiently. Wrike is easy to use and helps with the organization of tasks, scheduling, communication, and document management. It also offers integrations with other popular tools like Google Drive, Slack and more.
A negative aspect of Wrike is that it can be quite expensive, especially for small businesses or teams. Additionally, some users have reported that the software can be a bit overwhelming and difficult to navigate, with a steep learning curve. Some users also reported that the mobile app could be improved.

After reviewing a variety of PM software solutions, I recommended Wrike to the company I had recently joined. As a dedicated Project Manager, I have the luxury of dedicating time to learning how Wrike operates, setting up the folders, projects and naming conventions as other team members joined in. We were assigned a Wrike Consultant who has guided us through the steps of their Deployment Plan, ensuring we are on track and answering any questions that arise along the way. We still have more features to incorporate into our routine and we're excited about their application.
The @mention within tasks provides seamless documentation of communication between team members. The timeline view with dependencies allows for a fantastic overview of a project's progress with the freedom to adjust as necessary.
Shift+Return is generally used to enter a new paragraph. Within Wrike, it is used as a full enter - which results in a lot of submissions requiring editing because the user expects this to simply create a new paragraph. Still trying to determine how to incorporate communication from external sources (ie email from non-users or Slack messages are being copied/pasted which is time consuming and inconvenient).

Team collaboration has advanced. File sharing is at breeze always with Slack
Slack is easy to implement and use without having to read tutorials. I like that Slack integrates with external programs like Wrike, LiquidPlanner etc.
I don't have anything at the moment that disgusts me while using Slack.

Both the desktop and mobile app are easy to use. The integrations with HubSpot and Wrike were particularly helpful for my team.
It's fun and functional. The giphy integration is the perfect way to get folks engaged. I love the search function and the auto-response feature the best. So easy to use as well.
Can't really think of anything. I really would recommend it to anyone. There's even a free version you can try out.
