Pros

I also like the ease of access for all my houses or just one house, and how I can keep my contracts, repair requests, and payment online. This was perfect for everything I needed in my company.
My overall experience has been very positive. The software is a good quality product, and I've received excellent customer service from the staff.
I like it and have received lots of traffic regarding the listing so that's great, the follow up responses arent so great, but could be my unit and pricing so who knows.

Pros

Customer support has been responsive and helpful. Some nice, innovative features on the property management side of the software.
I have been growing over the past year and a half and I am glad to have started with Breeze. The software has been easy to accommodate the new addition of properties and growth.
Software is very intuitive and user friendly. The customer service online chat feature is outstanding.

Cons

Enable me to block CC payments or include language in the user agreement taking full liability for disputed payments. Listing syndication details seem to loose a lot in translation.
No app yet and communication Via email to applicants was a bit confusing.
It’s confusing trying to navigate individual properties and I think seeing what they paid could be easier to navigate. And my tenants have kind of struggled getting it set up.

Cons

Now we have people applying to unavailable units for the wrong price and this is going to cost us with BAD REVIEWS when we have to cancel and decline them.
We are one owner with multiple properties and entities - we trade monies back and forth and find it very hard to do with Breeze alone - so many journal entries.
This is the worst, and it is clear was not ready to be brought to market.
