Group reporting cannot be properly used to run a past month.  

Please reorganize your navigation and redesign the interface with the end user in mind.

It's time-consuming to have to go to multiple websites for all features.

I have used other software platforms and found them tedious.   When I started my own company over 15 years ago, I started with CINC and have been a raving fan ever since.

All accounting related reports are informative and concise.

I believe this software is the best in the industry, but the applications do not connect.

Still new to the software but the interaction to date has been great and the software was recommended by all of the referrals referred by Smartwebs, our bank and a outside consulting company specializing in HOA's.

So far, Smart web helped us to host and manage several websites for our clients who come from different fields of work.

The seamless integration with our third-party accounting software eliminated the prior problems we had with inconsistencies or errors in names and addresses when information was entered manually.

The ARC functionality should be added to the app so that we can verify in the field and upload a photo and close them instead of having to close them on a desktop.

The one feature I would like to see that isn't available is for architectural submittals . When requesting “more information” on an architectural submittal this is automatically placing the request on hold.  

I love having a paper trail that include certified letters and signatures when reviewing disputes with owners and the Board.

For starters, the letter templates ensure consistency in outgoing resident communication regarding modifications and our violations.

I use it to organize all projects for a high profile community of homes and it is so easy to customize how I want it organized.

I like being able to attach photo with the violations, keeping track of the violations, and the reminders.  

I find the process to modify anything in the CCR section extremely difficult and your support documents don't have a lot of detailed explanation.

I would remind them that “garbage in , garbage out “ when working with the implementation team to make sure they had clean data to import as this is critical to their success with SW.

The mapping allows ease for inputting new work orders and violations while on site.

We are onboarding 1-2 new associations per month, but it is taking almost a month to get them activated in Smartwebs.

Integrations with connect was quick and easy, I love the lay out and the way it functions, easy to send out decisions to the homeowners and read the form for notes from the committee.

The software is extremely picky and causes a lot of unnecessary emails between the management and residents.  Example- the system won’t pick up Lane vs Ln

Cons: Occasional slowness when a new release update is coming out, however we have noticed it is speeding up as the team ensured us they are working diligently to resolve this.
