Service Tickets, community announcements and file Library has been a great assess for Managers tracking and keeping the community update date.

One of the biggest strengths of the system is how clearly it organizes information. Whether it’s resident details, amenity bookings, or security logs, everything is easy to locate and update.

Platform's layouts are easy navigating on all menus, great ideas to organizing CC tutorials, platform is reliable, customer friendly.

Allows me to track incident reports easily, great customer service support, always accessible when needed.

I understand this may not be feasible for all sites, but having the option to sync the two calendars would greatly reduce confusion and improve workflow

It reduces friction, keeps communication consistent, and provides a level of structure that’s hard to replicate with piecemeal tools.
