ARGUS EstateMaster is a cash flow feasibility, forecasting, and reporting application. This on-premises software tool for Windows operating systems is used by property developers, project managers, and finance professionals within the property development sector.
It comes with a tenant import wizard, modeling functions for risk analysis, executive summary drafting tools, outcome prediction reports, and a variety of modules to assist users in reducing their projects’ time to value (TTV).
The Development Feasibility (DF) module calculates key performance indicators (KPIs) for use in feasibility studies and appraisals, such as margins, residual land value, IRR, and NPV. The Investment Appraisal module calculates purchase and disposal values using discounted cash flow (DCF) and income capitalization valuations based on cash flow forecasts produced for up to 40 years.
