What is Feedback Pro?

Showing Pro is a showing management application which helps real estate agents automate scheduling their showings and get showing feedback.

Users can use the automated showing feedback feature to connect Showing Pro to their existing MLS (multiple listing service) system to automatically import listings, and showings are automatically imported multiple times throughout the day from SentriLock, Supra, and Risco Lockboxes, with users and sellers automatically notified by email of new showings. Showing agents are emailed a customized feedback form, with multiple choice questions, enabling them to provide feedback on the showing and the buyer’s impressions. Users can create an unlimited number of questionnaires and feedback forms, with different questions and answer selections, tailored for different listings or clients. The seller portal allows clients to review their listing’s feedback, and view showings and other listing statistics.

Showing Pro can also automate scheduling showings with automated confirmations from the seller, showing agent and listing agents via email and/or texts. Showing reminders and automated showing feedback request can also be triggered upon request.

Showing Pro allows users to import their contacts from Gmail, Outlook, and CRM systems, and record notes, email histories, buyer profiles, and listing details for each contact. Notes and email histories for each property listing can also be stored. Mass emails can be sent out to showing agents for each property, enabling users to keep agents informed of updates such as price changes. Users can also generate reports on listings, showings, progress, and other custom queries.

It helped with setting up appointments and getting feedback from the showing agents.

Pros
The product has improved tremendously since the beginning of the year. The staff has worked very hard at improving the software. They added showing instructions, appointment times and many other nice features. It works great!

Cons
It would be nice to make it more simple. Put the listing and showing instructions into the system all at the same time, without having to go to a different window to add it later. Same with adding a new contact when we put one it from the appointment page. Need the phone number to be added at the same time as we put in the name, company, email and license number.

Pros
I like the tracking of showings, time stamps, emails and reporting PDFS. I also like the feedback forms.

Cons
Having to go to so many different screens to maneuver through listings and reports. It often gets caught up and times out.

The feedback

Pros
The ease to use it is great. When learning the system, it is not easy to get things in place without some support in the beginning.

Cons
The showing reports are not easy to read and it does not give you the option to print all feedback on a listing in one report.

So far so good. We've only been upgraded to Showing Pro for a few weeks but it is working great so far.

Pros
Ease of use and functionality. Like that Showing Pro offers text messaging for requesting feedback.

Cons
So far there is nothing that we don't like about the software.

Easy access to schedule showings and ease to look at appointments already scheduled.

Pros
Ease of use. When uploading new listings from Flex, they are almost immediate in uploads. I don't have to wait 24 hours for the new listing.

Cons
I do all the scheduling in the office (I have admin. rights) for showings, insections, and so forth. Sometimes it can be frustrating going back and forth between the agents to get to the correct listing.
