I use ISN to schedule inspections and keep me organized. I use HIP to write reports. The ISN then sends reports to my clients making sure they have signed my contract and paid. Great service.

The report sent to customer is built in the HIP app. Once report is complete the report is sent to the customer via ISN.

Phenomenal report software. I wouldn’t change for anything. Great customer service.

This is the report writer that our owners use, 90% of our network uses this and we will not switch. ISN does a good job sending the data to HomeGauge but HomeGauge will not send the reports to ISN. I think this is more on the HomeGauge side. But ISN team you have to push HomeGauge to allow this integration.

The home inspection report is the 'product' we produce and the liability we endure. ISN integration with report delivery ensures we have a trackable progression through the order process, from initial scheduling to final release of the report to the client.

I know when my inspectors complete their reports and when they are available for the clients. I can easily access the reports if the clients have questions.
