The biggest problem with this company is customer service. If you have a problem, you have to call 10x because they continually drop the ball.

I know most CRM sites track opens/clicks/etc... but what I love about Liondesk is that it is easy to see my daily opens on one screen.

This past week, I was threatened by a client who was receiving messages from one of my campaigns yet, he didn’t show up on my contact list.  

They would not refund any of the over $700 I paid.   If you're going to try LionDesk DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ONLY GO MONTH TO MONTH!

That choice is no long there so I don't even know if it is 2 ways or 1-way syncing

Notes field in Google Contacts won's sync over.

So far I love using Liondesk and how great quality emails I am able to create.

They bulled my CC $5 31 times,  I did not even have that many contacts only 800 and many of them did not have phone numbers.

I'd love to see the creation of a social media digital management add on so that we could hire a social media manager that already has access to our database.  

Like a people finder service that assists in helping to update old contact info, etc.  

I had to cancel the account before I got reported to the realtor board. How disgusting is this!!  

Didn't seem to have the bells and whistles like the one I have now.

A few of the processes could be improved, extra steps between contract entry, for instance.

The inclusion of an auto-dial feature would also be incredible.  

I like how this product does not limit you on the number of contacts.

I thought of switching but now I'm glad I did not.

overall its been an easy transition from Market leader to Lion Desk the difference in the functionality is like night and day.

I've tried many CRMs, have one free from my website developers, but it's too confusing.

I asked Liondesk and they said they did not have reporting on what was sent only the last 50.

Overall product not very sophisticated, but good for basic email campagins.

The program is a little slow and seemingly unresponsive.

Version 1 was a great interface. But it's not offered anymore.

I set 50 prospects on drip then let it be.

I've paid the premium monthly fee for training and support.

Some of my people told me they had relieved the messages but many had not.

Now 4 weeks later I canceled the account.

Customer service doesn't care and wont make it right.

Poor customer service and follow through.

It would be beneficial to have more advanced email marketing functionalities integrated into the platform.

I would like to see a check box to be reminded to follow up on deals that are marked sold/closed.

It's super easy to use and keeps track of all your leads, as well as all the documents needed for a transaction

On the downside, I found the email marketing tools to be somewhat basic.

I haven't really looked into mass email campaigns but I think some people might like to have that feature...

Sorting options and functions need improvements.

The paid version really finessed the organization of my sphere.
