I like the concept of some of the *advertised* features of the software - direct API connections with Top 4 platforms + a booking widget for your website + the price seemed reasonable.

I expected that there would be an email reminder that the trial was coming to an end - not an unreasonable expectation but sadly it is.

Internal web booking site is awful. You really need to build your own external website via Wix or Wordpress and add Hostfully's widgets.

Not the correct response when there is a problem; the correct response is to pick up the phone and sort it out today - not next week.

Constant loss of integration and issues stressed me out and resulted in me losing money, and I pulled out of that channel all together. Last and most of all, the system is not user friendly AT ALL.

Been with them for going on 4 years now and although like all companies they had some growing pains but their ultra positive attitude and work ethic have really made a great product.

Its easy to set up properties, love that you can copy rates by clicking next to the properties instead of one by one. Like the color legend to let you know if your rates are competitive.

My experience with the software is very positive: it is very stable system, the support team is very responsive (Speacially Russian speaking agent Magda), Channel manager is very good.

We've lost more than 30K between all the missing reservation due to wrong pricing or last minute booking option not available + the pricing of this solution and all those add-ons.

In August 2015 I was charged for 35 days with a occupancy of 110. When I complain about this they said there was a problem with my account and the situation would be rectified.

Our experience with Kigo has been great. Purchasing this software was a great financial investment for our business.

Kigo is untrustworthy, the software is very poor and I'm starting to believe they are more of a scam than a proper business.

After many tries - and  3 months of virtually being unable to accept any reservations, we moved out business away. And to add insult to injury Kigo is charging us a 440 euro early termination fee.

Websites look good when they function. The booking engine is easy to use and includes good features.

When the engine sets the price, it updates the base price instead of to push a discounted amount. It's bad because Booking.com allows crossed out prices (% of discount displayed).

Booking.com was not displaying rates correctly and sole option was to forego the required damages deposit in our main site. Flipkey and Homeaway did not integrate at all.

Perhaps if you have an IT whizz and a LOT of patience you can figure out the complex system and and very unsupported set-up process but it was just me and even my IT guy was thrown by the whole thing.

We recently gave them another try based on them being able to be PCI compliant and having a good integration with AIRBNB.
