The worst part is if you don't cancel 90 days before the end of your contract it automatically renews for a full year. Why not just month to month after that.

Unfortunately, the integration of properties and being able to communicate with clients about properties is terrible.

They don't respect the contract but try to use it to bully people who are getting bad services and products into continuing to pay them.

Customer service is terrible. After spending weeks manipulating data or preparing for a new process to be implemented, we would suddenly be told, "Oh. We can't do that.

This software is very user friendly and simple to manipulate every detail. The mobile app is great because it has everything I need being a Licensed Real Estate Agent.

After months of my team trying to make the program operate properly, we asked that  Propertybase suspend the billing and credit us for past months until the software was functional and they refused.

Ultimately I think you could say it was buggy at best, and totally worthless in other areas. Eventually I got to the point (6 months in) where I just realized we needed to cut our losses and move on.

There is so much on our admin page, that it's difficult sometime s to find what I need. I don't use any of the other pages except admin.

There are applications you can purchase that will integrate with your system to help manage email marketing campaigns or even upload multiple business cards from your mobile app to save time.

After pulling out our hair and paying ridiculous sums of money to have Property Base customize our experience, half of the processes work. Those that work are awesome.

Had the solution less than 5 minutes and was tricked into signing up, customer service is the worst and their policies are terrible.

While I was using it, I found LionDesk very useful. It had a great database feature, the drip campaigns went out seamlessly, and it was very easy to keep up with all documents imported into system.

See if it works for your needs. Our RealGeeks site ended updoing 95% of what I needed LionDesk to do and for what I needed LionDesk to do, it was bad at it.

The new version lack of calendar is something that I will miss.

Ease of use, great on the budget and does for a little bit of money what more expensive CRMs boast about.

Easy to use, video texting capability, interface with Facebook lead ad campaigns is great, easy to create drip campaigns.

They also haven't even offered to import the hundreds of leads that were never imported due to their glitchy software. I've lost a ton of money due to leads slipping through the cracks.

I like how this product does not limit you on the number of contacts. The organization of the product makes sense and is easy to navigate.

I like the integration and automatization capabilities, Follow up campaigns.

Transaction coordinator

Does not efficiently integrate with RealGeeks to track user website activities, making it useless for maintaining sufficient notes on leads.

All the problems happened after the first sync and beyond 24 hours.

Its easy to use it and stay on track to follow up. Ability to create own campaign and upload campaign from others.

Overall 10/10 rating and worth the money. My company will be a long term LionDesk User.

Now it's more tedious; supposedly the feature is still available on the mobile app but I prefer using the laptop. It's also a bit difficult to upload video.
