My overall experience with Propertyware tends to be mixed but ultimately positive — it’s a strong property management platform that brings a lot of value, especially once you get the hang of it

I think Real Page has the right idea now that they are migrating some management companies that don't need the level of customization that Propertyware provides to Buildium, which is alot easier to use.

I have used other products like Appfolio which is the complete opposite in customer service.  

The platform is easy to navigate, which made my interactions straightforward and enjoyable. Although I can't open multiple tabs, the layout is intuitive, so I didn’t feel overwhelmed.

i need to text a perspective tenant but they are not in the system..

Tenant payments are limited as to maximum amounts and payments, which are only accepted one at a time, take up to five business days to process.  

The text messaging option makes communcation so much easier.

They are all very patient and eager to help.

They indiscriminately don't pay an owner or 2 every month, so I have to go manually check after every reconciliation.
