The customer service group is great in answering questions and helping me solve daily issues that come up in a timely fashion. MOSTLY, I THINK THE ONLINE TRAINING IS NOT INTERESTING OR EFFECTIVE.

We are so angry and frustrated with the problems in PW that we have made the difficult and costly decision to cancel service and move to another software platform.

I had to struggle to get to the right page or right report. When you view the bills where do you normally look to see to pay off those bills.

Imagine billions running through their bank accounts and they hold tenants and owners moneys for on average 7 business days per month. Tenants and Owners all hate using their portals.

PW Mobile worked at one time (years) but in July, 2020 the feature stopped working and now gives me an error message when I try to access lease or tenant data using iPhone.

Mobile Inspections also doesn't work properly; the app can't read tenant information. The lack of a functioning mobile app causes headaches.

The transfer of properties/owners integration was difficult and did not go smoothly.

Software seems to be built by accountants for accountants. Simple tasks are more difficult than than they need to be.

I don't understand why make it so hard. I do not get notifications for all the activities.

Overall being able to speak with a customer service person to solve a quick question is great. Most other companies direct you to a video which still may not solve your issue.

The integration for everything is perfect. I am a super user on onesite and have loved learning the ins and outs.

I wish when you denied an applicant it denied it all the way in the system instead of having to deny the screening then deny the application.
