Multiple users can access and work on the same documents simultaneously,

You have to text or email, response time can be an  hour to a day.  

It has all the functions you need and more, it just lacked in some areas.

Support is always delayed, phone is never answered.  

The software is very intuitive and has many features I wasn’t even looking for in software but couldn’t imagine living without now.

Even though we jumped to Buildium for most of our Property Management activities, we stayed with Rentec for the marketing aspects as their system is probably the most flexible out there for that.

It was not so easy to use and once you have too many properties it become more of a problem.

This has helped us greatly in our marketing, especially for properties that we will only lease and not manage.

It would be better if we had 1 system doing everything but we are picky and want the best best of both worlds are willing to pay for it.

One day before, they charged us all the commission for upcoming reservations and seem to have pulled the plug with us (long term customers, which did noting bad....)It is impossible to get ahold of the customer service, nobody can help and they close my online tickets without resolving the situation!
