Not being ablel to update as a leasing agent i get lots of updates for residents for example when we create our tabs for vehicles once that unit is attached to a unit you cant delete it if the resident leaves or gets evicted or what ever the case may be not being ablel to access this is sop fuifstrating

The application process is so convenient for us it allows us to just press the process button and it does everything for us

I rely on ResMan for pretty much everything I do at work, and it helps keep our office organized and running smoothly.

Everything from resident information to payments and work orders is all in one place, which saves a lot of time during busy days. Once you get familiar with it, the system is easy to navigate and very efficient.

Important details feel cramped on the screen, and navigating between sections now requires more scrolling and adjustments than before.

Probably the tech-support or customer service aspect whatever I’m trying to get screening completed through resman I have a really hard time getting that completed or I have a lot of tech issues with that

Wonderful experience loves all saved templates and proactive renewal forms for easy communication, also emailing and text is a valuable source as well.

It is user friendly in Property Management with lease management and being able to reach out to our customers efficiently.  

The system only allows certain number of staff members to access Resman support.

Not all staff members have access to support, which falls all on our Manager to submit and correct.

When you get the reports in excel it´s not super clean and we need to modify a lot top get a better analysis of the data

The initial use of Resman is simple, searching a person by name or apartment number is extremely helpful and it is the easiest to navigate in comparison to YARDI or Onesite.

Having everything centralized in one place makes navigation intuitive and significantly improves efficiency.

It would be nice if the bank account(s) balance for could be listed on the same page as the bank accounts are listed on.

A customizable zoom option would greatly improve this experience.

I guess the only this would be that it does not sync up with our CRM and we have to double work to ensure proper numbers for reports.

I like that Residents can submit their work orders online and pay their rent with through ResMan.

There tends to be a lot of small glitches.

The knowledge center would be better if the wording would be easier to find what issue your having. When you type what you're looking for it will not bring up the topic you need.

Work orders are easy to place into ResMan for our Maintenance team to receive and begin working on our work orders.

We do not have to open multiple systems to get things completed.

When I’m sending a message or something I can’t cllick on the original page I have to pull up a second resman app

The layout felt overwhelming in the beginning, and it took time to understand where everything was located.

Example, trying to find accurate number of tours and who toured is hard to find clearly and accurately.

for bigger buildings, some features feel a bit more robust than necessary. While it's great to have these tools at your disposal, there could be more customization options to scale down certain functionalities for less complex properties.

Customer support, very user friendly, easy navigation through the software, but most of all, we can communicate in various ways (email, text)

Property Mangement

The one thing I like the least about ResMan is often it times out and you have re-signed in and especially when I'm in the middle importing information.

Maintenance Lead

Everyday after punching in, I would open up Resman to update me regarding any issues that was lodged after hours, otherwise for other issues that has got to be resolved will remain with Resman until it is address.

At times ResMan does not load and you have to log out of the website several times for it work.
