They do not like to provide 1:1 support although that was promised when we signed up for the software program.

Pure crap and zero support for 24 hours at a time.

It is an easy to use software, the customer support team is always very quick to answer any questions I may have and does a great job in providing me the answers too.

What really sealed the deal, beyond the great customer service, price, unlimited training, and quality of the product, was the ability to get my company, tenants, and owners signed up for e-pay in less than five minutes.

The cost is a fraction of Buildium's ($3,756 for two years), as I'm paying just $840 for two years on the 20+ property premium plan with Simplify'EM, which includes a 30-day refund period and UNLIMITED training.

I couldn't use the function of having tenants electronically sign a lease because the lease that is available is worthless for us.

Right from the start, they were charged $3 for using EFT payments and $9.95 for debit card payments.

It typically took 6-10 business days.   Unless you are a large company, you can't afford this to happen.

We were told that the rent payments would reach our bank within 3 business days.  

It meets the needs of my tenants, property owners, and my business.

I need other information compiled than what this software offers.  

There needs to be more reports and functions.  

The two gentleman we spoke with in customer service were nice.

My mantra became, "This shouldn't be this hard."

This policy allows SimplifyEm to keep funds even if your dissatisfied and want to leave.

It is easy enough to plug in your rental numbers monthly

This software provides  a free money back guarantee.   But they do not refund your money after you process your first rent roll and find out that systems doesn’t process rent and owner draws easily.

SimplifyEm has made it so that I get paid on time every time by my tenants.

Customer Service has poor communication responses and is inconsiderate to public needs.

Not user friendlyRegistered and paid for a 2 year subscription and then realized this is an inferior product within 6 months.

I love processing tenants through the set up and rent collection.

The first one being, whenever I’m entering the rent payments, I wish the date would default to the date I enter it in rather than defaulting to the first of the month.

It's still a bit early and because I'm very busy juggling many things, I would say that I feel I have the right software solution for my overall accounting needs for managing our investment property.

As a long time Property Manager opening my own firm I was looking for an affordable Property Management software system that can grow with me, yet have all the functionality that I need now and later handle many properties as my business grows.  

My tenants had a lot of questions and I literally had to search YouTube for videos.  

Not to mention, the price is very affordable especially for someone like me with only a few properties and they have great customer service.

I have been using online rent collections for a while now and it is easy to set it up.

Compared to Quickbooks, they aren’t a property

I have found their support best amongst the software industry.

It would be nice if the Security Deposits were not shown in the tenant balance.

Was a decent program but we will go with a company that has ethical business practices for our property management needs.

The tenant portals failed to link up with the software.

After trying to figure this out for a week, I used my old application and sent it out to around 18 people.

The process of paying bills takes way too long.

We had a lot of trouble setting up the system and needed to contact support regularly.

There was no way I could test the product until after I returned some 40 days later.
