Overall the software is easy to navigate, but I'd say the customer service is really what stands out to me. As I'm new to the software naturally I have questions, and I've been able to get them all answered quickly, if not right away.

Realtor

I love that there is live phone support on this platform and that each customer service representative can take time to walk you through your questions while on the platform.

Managing Member

The pricing model restricts usage of limited access accounts (like CPA access) which is a bummer. And it has some rough edges when managing commercial leases (like rent escalation schedules; CAM charge adjustments; etc).

Office Manager

Overall we were satisfied with tenant cloud and provided the simple tool of recording our tenants rents and expenses and maintained a simple accounting record for our purpose.

President

Allowing tenants to pay through the portal which will auto apply the payment to a tenant's ledger has saved a lot of time with monthly bookkeeping.

The program has robust programming for applications and I like that I can keep my leases in an electronic format that is shared with tenants.

Organized platform for tenant management, invoice tracking, receiving maintenance requests, and obtaining reports

Tidy yet fully featured platform that has allowed me to consolidate all lease management & rent payments with a single interface.

CEO, Principal Broker

I had to turn off the QuickBooks Online integration because it was too disruptive to my books. While the features look great on paper, the real-world workflows often feel clunky and require more effort to manage than I’d like.

I would like if Tenant Cloud had documents like three day notices and blank leases things like that we could use in a library they provide

Handling applications in-app along with background checks and deposit payments makes the renting process smooth and as easy as it can be!

Good for managing my rental, Linking accounts directly, able to rent individual rooms, tracking expenses,

I can have a complete view of my rental properties and easily contact my tenants, all while the system maintains an audit trail.

For example, would have liked to pay my vendors through this app and narrowing down the report only showing tenant outstanding invoices rather than whole report.

Property Manager and Realtor

Also, they only use Google to verify addresses, so good luck listing a brand new house to lease if google doesn't recognize the address yet.

I am no longer using multiple sources for applications, background checks, payments, service calls etc.

Switching back and forth reports and having to re-enter the last filters / property - would prefer the last entered property would stay at the default

Property Owner and Manager

We utilize the platform to manage multiple our residential and commercial properties.

Principal Broker

The reports cannot be customized to change the information that is shown to our homeowners and tenants.

Customer support is great and it accounting effortlessly tracks all expenses, incoming transactions, and costs making them easy to understand.
