Q. What is RentRedi used for?
RentRedi is a property management software built for self-managing landlords and independent real estate investors. It combines rent collection, tenant screening, leasing, maintenance tracking, and accounting into one connected platform, so landlords do not need separate tools for each part of running a rental business. Rent collection includes online payments via ACH, debit or credit card, or cash, with autopay, automated late fees, and payouts in as little as 2-3 days. Tenants can also report on-time rent payments to the major credit bureaus. Tenant screening covers credit, criminal, and eviction reports, with optional income verification, so landlords can review applicants before approving a lease. Leasing tools include digital lease signing, document storage, and rental listings syndicated to Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, and Realtor.com, helping landlords fill vacancies without listing on multiple sites separately. Maintenance tools let landlords track repair requests from submission through resolution, assign maintenance personnel, and message tenants directly inside the platform. Built-in accounting covers income and expense tracking, receipt capture, and tax-ready financial reporting at the property and portfolio level. RentRedi is available as a mobile app for iOS and Android, as well as a web platform, so landlords and tenants can manage rentals from anywhere. Every RentRedi plan includes unlimited properties, tenants, and team members, with no per-unit fees, so pricing does not increase as a portfolio grows.
