Pros

I like to ability to define unused fields and create custom attribute queries. The support team does a great job of helping with issues.
Overall Yardi Voyager is a great product, super robust with tons of features. It's an all-in-one total accounting software.
Over all i think that yardi is great. I love that it is so customizable.

Pros

Its intuitive interface, robust features, and seamless integration capabilities make it a valuable asset for organizations seeking to enhance their security infrastructure.
I absolutely LOVE the customer support! using the live chat is super easy with lightning fast response time. The blogs, updates, and other information released is super helpful and kept up to date.
I love the easy tracking and detail that it provides my investors. The support team is very patient and makes the training fun and understandable.

Cons

This is inconvenient if you have an unreliable internet connection. Also, the Yardi server is often down and it is hard to get ahold of customer service.
In general, it's been a real struggle. It's just been really hard making Yardi work for my company.
Companies without this necessary IT role/department will struggle.

Cons

Wish screening would also be free, but I understand if it costs money. I just charge my tenants for it and no one has complained.
Not sure I'm supposed to know it but I guess that option is coming).
I submitted it as a feature suggestion and they took it seriously.

Its a great app for managing every area of a property management companies daily processes.

Pros

Doorloop really has everything you are looking for as a property manager. Most other apps I trialed were missing some critical piece. Doorloop has it all.

Cons

It would be nice if they had a calendar feature similar to Yardi.

Pros

easy to use ui, big buttons, isn't too robust for our needs

Cons

nothing yet! Lightweight program that should fit our needs vs paying thousands for something like MRI, Salesforce, or Yardi.

Automated my entire portfolio

Pros

The software helped me automate everything from listings, marketing, screening, renters insurance, lease agreements, to even renewals. I was using Yardi Breeze before, but it just wasn’t cutting it in terms of automation.

Cons

It's missing a couple of reports I like to use, but I was told that they will be available in the next couple of months.

Use of DoorLoop for Property Management

I really like it. I almost don't want to tell others, because once my competitors see that Appfolio, Yardi, or other platforms don't really offer what you need. And not having to use Quickbooks is great!

Pros

I love the platform and look of it. It's so easy to navigate!

Cons

The lack of training in the short time frame allowed. It has excellent modules for self-teaching, but the components offered are so good, you want to be able to have someone help you set a goal line of setting things up, and seeing how they work.

Very user Friendly!

Love it, easy to use, great experience.

Pros

DoorLoop is very user friendly. We appreciate how easy it is to navigate through the portal. Where Yardi does not allow you to completely remove or adjust a ledger or charge, DoorLoop allows you to adjust/remove and backdate a charge with out an issue. The team is also great to work with. They are prompt to respond and will continue to follow up with you to ensure that your issue was address.

Cons

The financial part of Doorloop can improve. I would like to have a report that will show me all of the unit owners who remitted payment and when, it is a bit difficult because the payments are lumped in (when we receive payment same day from different owners).

Fast customer service

Can’t say enough great things about their software and support.

Pros

This software has the best customer service than any other PMS I’ve worked with. I’ve used Yardi, AppFolio, and Buildium in previous companies, and I never had a great experience when I needed help. Sure, they would answer my questions, but it could take anywhere from a few hours to days. With doorloop, it’s not unusual to get an answer within minutes. These are also American English speaking reps that are in the same timezone as us. Even though they don’t offer support on weekends, they still respond to my tickets if it’s important.

Cons

Although it’s a good security feature, I don’t want to always have to login with a code sent to my phone. I wish the industry in general came up with an easier method (webcam face recognition?).

The support team has been incredible! [sensitive content hidden] are stand outs. In addition, the [sensitive content hidden] of Doorloop are happy to interact directly with you also. You don't find this anymore with companies and it's incredible that Doorloop makes the experience so personal!
