Overall, really useful in managing contacts. Has really great value for money, great functionality and user experience and all in all great design.
My only complaint (and it's a minor one) is that I can't change the color of some of the folders (Spam, Outbox, etc.).
Spark has really refined this for me and allows me to better manage and maintain relations and lead magnets. Content is easy to sort and manage, great pricing structure.
I have not yet found anything that I could really criticise as a con.
My overall experience, though short, is really good. This software is good for a small and upcoming family business to handle all those details for me whilst concentrating on what is really important.
Could be sold as a product, pay once, and when upgrades are release company could charge small amounts that clients will upgrade.
Spark is very easy to use and it is very useful in class because it help students to use pictures and music and express their thoughts, you can type on the pictures and insert them in Spark.
Difficult to use on mobile browser, IO/Android app is not still available. How ever in android Chrome "Set as desktop" it works well but not as in PC.

I'm a Getting Things Done fan and Spark helps me stay organized and save time when dealing with email.
And even better than the Mail app on iOS, which has problems with push notifications when using gmail. I also like the design, ease of use, and many useful settings and functions.
My husband and I use Share instead of sending emails back and forth because it's easier to keep track of the conversation. There are lots of other great features, but these are the ones I use most.

We are generally very happy with PropertyBase, it has helped our company become more efficient and better at record keeping. The Customer Support Team is the best asset to the program.
After a few days somebody on their end figured out that it was because they only mail to 10,000 addresses- unless you pay them another ridiculous bundle of money.
They are wonderful to work with and always incredibly helpful. This was a good decision for us.
The worst part is if you don't cancel 90 days before the end of your contract it automatically renews for a full year. Why not just month to month after that.
I've had fairly good luck using this program - it's nice to have everything we use in one place.
Unfortunately, the integration of properties and being able to communicate with clients about properties is terrible.
I like the fact it's built on salesforce and it's reliable. I also like that it's very scalable software.
They don't respect the contract but try to use it to bully people who are getting bad services and products into continuing to pay them.
It is amazing in what it can do, and is the best software out there by far.
Customer service is terrible. After spending weeks manipulating data or preparing for a new process to be implemented, we would suddenly be told, "Oh. We can't do that.
Outstanding system for anyone who wants to take their business to the highest level. You won't outgrow this business solution.
We should have been more suspicious when Propertybase refused to give us any references to real estate agents that are using the product, instead referring us to videos and screen shares.
This software is very user friendly and simple to manipulate every detail. The mobile app is great because it has everything I need being a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
I found the way to navigate through the software a bit confusing. It's not the most intuitive interface to use on the back end.
There are applications you can purchase that will integrate with your system to help manage email marketing campaigns or even upload multiple business cards from your mobile app to save time.
Further, I dislike that certain objects and fields/layouts are "managed" in PropertyBase.
After pulling out our hair and paying ridiculous sums of money to have Property Base customize our experience, half of the processes work. Those that work are awesome.
The software is so basic with it's onboarding features without our updates I would have found it to be useless and no better than any other software.

This is a great accounting software suitable for medium and small business and its looks are very appealing with bright colors and stylish fonts.
They were not willing to correct the issue and admit blame for spamming my gmail account.
Its is a Fantastic software with very user friendly experience and with awesome call recorder and texts with is good.
Now all my emails are going into spam. I have lost so much business due to this.
They are constantly adding updates and improving the product. Their support staff is fantastic in helping you out when you need it.
They were NOT able to help with lead assignment of property searches. They charged the fee and the searches were all set up wrong.
The do a great job managing my campaign and get GREAT results. You will find no better product to help grow you online business.
Csv uploads have to be emailed to them to upload (no straight through processing) and the layout made it hard to get a high level over view of transactions in escrow.
The customizability is also top tier allowing you to scale as necessary. Extremely affordable as well with great support staff.
Easy interface, amazing support staff, and great ROI tracking.
For the price, there are so many better options out there when you start getting into the $500-$700/mo price point.
Helps with tracking and provides a wide array of customizable options. Extremely versatile as it can be used to track leads and for CRM saving you a lot of money.

We are very happy to have full control with our listing, and the system is working just great.
The downside of that is that it took a couple of months to really feel that it wrapped its way round us, but now that it does we're finding it simple to use and intuitive.
This program is very easy to use, but also have some advanced features that Respacio are helping us with. Great to have control over the hole business in one program.
Actually there is nothing much that I don't like.

Good working tool that you can implement very easy and fast and a great support team.
Marketing reports allow me to see cost per lead/sale from each channel and compare them which allows us to refine our marketing spend and get the biggest bang for the budget which has been awesome.
Very eady to use and intuitive, saving time and resource. Most importantly when you start using a new software is the support and customer service and this has been outstanding.
The pre and post sales support are both to the same exceptional standard. The company is responsive, adaptive and keen to listen and help.
Support is always at hand and the Respacio team are always willing to adapt to the needs of our business. It's very much a shared team effort - they recognise that our success is their success.
It is convenient for companies of any size and can be built like lego for any user. Separately I want to note the clients support department, any issue can be resolved instantly, always in touch.

I like the ability to share any and all file types. I also like that you can record your screen and send what you are doing.
I couldn't get over its clunkiness. There were too many ways to use it and I would get lost in the tabs.
I love how not only that I can share documents to other employees but I can also screen share and show them what I'm doing and looking at.
The only downside to the software is that each conversation, "Group Chat," has a 90 day window.
I like the user interface. Moxtra has amazing organization and meeting features.
My coworker said it makes her computer freeze up and sometimes on mine it lags and I won't see what a coworker sent me until later.
Mobile use is easy to navigate. Not a ton to like after using other systens.
If someone added a message from more than 90 days ago, that message is no longer able to be viewed by anyone in the group. The files remain, while the chat does not.
This worked will be great developer support via a Moxtra project.
