What is Netty?

Netty is a cloud-based real-estate management solution designed to help small to large businesses, as well as agents, manage transactions, leads, contracts, listings, clients, property and commissions through customer relationship management (CRM) tools, custom website creation, web marketing and more.

Available only in French, the platform includes Netty Boost which offers a host of features such as 360-degree virtual tours, photo editing, real estate magazine, getaway contacts analysis and inter-agency sharing. It allows users to create various documents including warranties, contracts and endorsements with legal updates. Netty facilitates centralized access to all files and client information and has an integrated search engine which lets users run multi-criteria searches.

Netty enables users to create personalized mobile-friendly websites with custom branding, templates and fonts. Primary features of the websites include geo-location and interactive maps, mail alerts, video and virtual tours, multilingual support and social network sharing. Plus, the Netty platform provides multiple search engine optimization (SEO) functionalities such as automatic site map generation, updating, image compression, Google Analytics integration and detailed statistics.
