aimyPlus is a cloud-based software solution designed specifically for Out of School Care and Recreation (OSCAR) programs in New Zealand. Since its launch in 2015, aimyPlus has pioneered the digitalization of enrollment, attendance tracking, and information management for the OSCAR sector.
The software replaces cumbersome paper forms and processes with convenient digital systems accessible anywhere, anytime. aimyPlus enables online child enrollment, electronic sign-in/out, staff clock-in/out via mobile apps, and instant access to essential child and program information. This eliminates the need for heavy paper files and trolleys while dramatically improving efficiency.
aimyPlus offers tiered pricing plans based on the number of active child profiles per OSCAR site. The Basic plan starts at $89 per month (excluding GST) for up to 20 child profiles. The Business plan costs $149 per month for 21-50 child profiles. The Enterprise plan provides support for 50+ child profiles at $199 per month. A separate Holiday Programme plan is also available at $49 per month for an unlimited number of child profiles. All pricing includes XERO accounting integration.
The aimyPlus platform also provides custom mobile apps for parents/guardians and administrative staff. The software aims to fully revolutionize information management for OSCAR programs. By facilitating real-time access to data and streamlining workflows, aimyPlus enables providers to improve their quality of service.

We love that there are many elements to AIMY PLUS onsite it is great to have the AIMY PLUS app so everything is there at our finger tips, we aren't having to go through manual enrolment forms to find phone numbers and check allergies etc... the AIMY PLUS website is easy to navigate and when you need help its easy to contact someone and they are quick at getting back to you.
