Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Bind overview
What is Bind?
Bind is an AI powered contract lifecycle management platform designed for in-house legal teams, sales departments, procurement units, and other business stakeholders requiring automated contract handling. The platform learns from an organisation’s existing templates, playbooks, and historical agreements and applies this knowledge to draft, review, negotiate, execute, and store contracts within a centralised repository. It supports enforcement of consistent contract standards across diverse teams while reducing manual legal workload and enabling non-legal professionals to manage routine contract tasks with structured guidance and oversight.
The platform’s drafting capabilities accept inputs from multiple sources including email threads, call notes, deal summaries, and various document formats such as PDF, Word, and presentation files. Bind transforms these inputs into contract drafts that adhere strictly to pre-defined templates and organisational standards. The negotiation module analyses counterparty redlines by comparing proposed amendments against playbook parameters and historical deal precedents, then suggests counter-positions aligned with established policies. This module manages successive negotiation rounds by processing redlines, queries, and counter-proposals in an iterative manner. Administrators may configure playbook rules at both the enterprise and individual contract level to enforce terms such as liability limitations, termination provisions, and intellectual property assignments.
A centralised document storage system automates extraction and indexing of key contract metadata such as counterparties, effective dates, renewal schedules, and obligations. Comprehensive search tools enable instant retrieval of specific clauses, provisions, or parties across the entire contract repository. Native electronic signature integration provides legally binding execution workflows with real-time status monitoring.
Bind maintains compliance with enterprise security standards and industry regulations including ISO twenty seven thousand one certification for information security management, SOC two Type one verification for security, availability, and confidentiality controls, and adherence to the General Data Protection Regulation for data privacy. The cloud-based architecture supports scalable deployment and secure access across multiple business functions and organisational structures.
