This product is very easy to use and their help desk is phenomenal!

The biggest hurdle is the same as you would face in making this kind of transition with any new software program and that is simply the learning curve involved and time it takes to setup all of the tools and items needed to start operating normally again.  

The added value you find with website management, CRM, and other tools are great to maximize the value of partnering with Lightspeed.

It is not very user friendly, and it behaves like 3 separate companies merged into one, that don't communicate very well.

They offer literally no help in terms of navigating the system, simply stating that "they can't tell you how to handle your money". When you have to ask for help over and over again, you eventually receive short, smart-alek responses, as if you're not worth their response in the first place.

We are hoping Lightspeed Payments takes us to another level this coming season.

It is hard to compare with our previous product software,  the switch-out was made during the pandemic and financial status of Chapter 11.  

Onboarding is taking months, not hours.

It does have many good features, but what software doesn't?  

Sometimes the filters for reporting can be hard to access but that could be user error.

Is it strange to say there are too many reports? But seriously you can get lost with the ways to analyze the data.

While looking for a new tee-time system, we were both excited and skeptical of the change, however, the family at Chronogolf walked us through the process, which they have made very user friendly, Now for the best part, we've been closed for nearly two months and forgot a few procedures, with one click onto there talk to an agent icon we got our problems taken care of within minutes, not just 1 time, but everytime

Meeting the individual demands or needs of golf courses can become difficult.

I wish there was a bit more flexibility in discounting but otherwise 5 stars.

They have a good team of developers and customer service representatives who are able to assist where needed.

I've been able to set it up to allocate to different revenue centers and allocate every transaction to the accounts I need on the accounting end, however we have to do most of the accounting manually because ForeUP is not set up as an accounting software, more of a data software.

ForeUP categorizes requests by priority and score them on a demand basis, so some of the very specific and unique things that we need it to do, we are having to do manually because it hasn't been as high of a priority on their pipeline of programs to build/improve.
