The customer service has only exacerbated the situation. Despite reaching out numerous times for support, we are often met with either no response or unhelpful answers that fail to address the core issues we are facing.

Nothing is to hard for the class manager team to cater for and although the program is still growing and there are features they are developing, they really do go above and beyond to satisfy their clients.

Payments are routinely mishandled—on multiple occasions, customers have been charged twice, leading to complaints and frustration from parents, and in some cases, refund requests.

It’s clear that this company does not prioritize customer satisfaction or even understand the real-world needs of the businesses using their platform.

The interface is incredibly user-unfriendly, making simple tasks unnecessarily complex.

It has proven to be the worst class management system we have ever encountered in over 20 years of running our business.

I like being able to offer a free trial and then the system automatically checks with the customer to get information about whether they would like to continue.

The system also saves a lot of time on admin and gives parents and easy way to register for classes.

We strongly advise others to avoid making the same error.

The ease of being able to check if customer Direct Debits have been set up.

I believe there is a PAYG function now which I need to look into, but I’m not sure if this is what we would need or not until I’ve looked at it this summer.

The class invoicing seems a bit tricky. but i may just need to sit down and get my head round it.

Having everything accessible on my phone and laptop has made my life a lot easier in managing admin for my dance business - some extras would be good.

It has made running the administrative side of the business so much more time-efficient to have everything in one place for quick access and easy referral.

Only a few problems on change over, discount schemes hard to switch to and a few basic reports are missing from the list of pre-set up ones.

The Point of Sale still needs a little work so that items sold within the school can be chosen by colour and size too.

Also being from abroad, payments through Stripe and GoCardless are still not available in my country, hopefully these hiccups will be resolved soon.

The customer service is unmatched by any other company we have worked with, your eagerness and willingness to adapt to the needs of your customers and the changes we are seeing in the world are commendable and have greatly benefited our unplanned pivot to the online teaching world. While we haven't quite seen the benefit yet on the administrative front, implementation of the new system hadn't fully taken place when we went into lockdown so we still have a few things to integrate before September that should be helpful.

You can track who has paid invoices, and even see when customers have read your emails (game changer - every dance teacher has the mum says they didn't get that email...when you've clearly sent it 3 times). And in a modern age when looking after the environment is everything, we have made our school completely paperless thanks to class manager- would definitely recommend :)

The ability to sort the way you want classes seen by parents and the ability to issue a specific link for that class so they can enrol.

Excellent , it’s made the move to online learning so much easier and we now have all our info stored somewhere central that we can   Access and the calendar and other administrative tools have made us look much more professional and organised so we can get on with the fun creative stuff !

The only downside is that is doesn't work well with Safari so I have to use Google Chrome to run.   But I now keep all my work tabs open in Chrome and my leisure tabs open in Safari so that also has a bonus aspect of keeping work and home separate!

I like the functionality of the registers, having all the information in one place on a system such as this is much more professional and easier to administrate as a manager and the dashboard is great for an overview of the business.

Registers can be difficult to find if you are filling in the details after the date of the class.

The registration process has been brilliant during lockdown, and face to face, ensuring that any child that jumps into another class is billed for that lesson - no more inadvertent freebies due to my bad admin skills.

Love the ease of it, the features that don’t cost extra except credit for texting which I find perfectly acceptable because I control how much I purchase for what I use, customer service, the way classes are automatically archived and the copy class feature is amazing

Gym Owner

Class Manager has made our lives a whole lot easier, we were using excels sheets for almost everything account, class lists, reports etc. Once you go through the training (which there is now a step by step tutorial) everything is super simple.

Studio owner/teacher

You can’t put a class on hold you have to change dates and archive it. If you no longer have certain clients involved in classes even if you do an email to everyone they still come up on the email.

Took a long time to get everything up and running regarding the import of customers also the emails can't be linked to gmail account so customers receive a different email address making some go into junk mail.

No business problems but just quicker to keep my database of students up to date as customers input their own details, saving the need to employ someone in an admin role and/or makes my admin easier.  

An excellent product for the price, very happy at last we found a program to change over to that didn't charge the to set up or pay for on a monthly basis.

The ability to plan classes for multiple teachers, venues and genres has revolutionised the way we can manage classes.

It allows the parents/customers to view their own information and bookings etc without me having to trawl our database.

We manage our students, organise our timetables, send messages and group messages -  just a few of the many features.

The main menu homepage has a snapshot of the day's lessons, outstanding invoices and upcoming events/birthdays.

Being able to communicate with just one class, the whole school, or selective parents, And the new feature to see if email have been read and how many times is an absolutely game changer!

Overall it has transformed the running of my school , simplifying  accountancy and general administration, leaving me more time to teach and promote the school.

The chat feature with the team is very useful and I have used it a few times for clarification.

Quick on line page changes, clear logical processes easy for staff to get up to speed with.

The page you need to find is only a click away and it is set out in a logical manner.

I used to really struggle with sending invoices, making sure I had added the correct children to the correct classes, charging them correctly, taking off holidays etc.  

There are still a few minor things that could be improved, such as adjusting invoices after they have been generated (it is possible but quite involved),  additional payment options to allocate a payment too.
