Parents don’t always understand they have to fill out their info, then their students, then select a class.  

There are also training modules offered periodically, which is a great tool if one has the time and need to learn.

Some of the features seem a little clunky or complicated, but not enough to deter me from the product.

The set up is supported by staff, and improvements and software updates/suggestions accepted and implemented ongoing.
