When I raised the unlimited texting not working within the system—a problem that should have been addressed almost a year prior—they failed to inform me until the system failed entirely. While the platform promotes many features, the fundamentals needed to run my small Pilates studio were never reliably delivered. As I try to find a better solution, I have been GHOSTED by customer support.

It feels like a product that is still finding its stride and is not as visually appealing for customers as many of the other interfaces they see on a daily basis or as other fitness apps often are.

There has been confusion for some parents on the registration process but most of that comes from user error. If there was a way to have registration lead to a breakdown / tutorial on how to use the app, that would help parents a lot.

It is pretty intuitive I guess however it has been really helpful for [sensitive content hidden] to walk me through things that I was not able to quickly figure out on my own.

Additionally, some advanced customization options may require more technical knowledge. While the platform is comprehensive, it can be overwhelming for those just starting out.

Clients only need to use one single app rather than multiple apps for scheduling, billing, and training.

There's been someone available at any time of the day outside of onboarding meetings to get any technical issues solved quickly and any bigger system errors have been dealt with and solved with urgency.

Only thing I could say is that it doesn't directly integrate with Wix but with the sub links used it should make everything seamless.

Sometimes when we do attempt to use a feature, it doesn't work the way we would expect it to work.

I was worried that my app wasn’t going to be done in time for launch, but she ensured to make it happen two weeks early!!

The process of setting up thebtechnical side of the app wasn't fun, but it was the process not exercise.com.

There aren't a lot of apps that I am able to integrate into my platform and the products tools are very limited.

Customer support: Issues take months to address with little to no resolution.

I wish there was a way for us to pay someone, that was dedicated to our site to set everything up for us.

I have yet to come across an issue or feature exercise.com hasn't been able to set up for me or find an alternative for.

I always feel like we're going to find some kind of solution, new trick or easier way to accomplish a task when we in get in touch with her.
