The absolute WORST is they told me AFTER I PAID that people can not use the forms from their cell phones.

Also, when you pull a group that all registered online and lets say it is for 2022, when you export that group in the comments sections it shows comments from 2021,2020, 2019, and so forth for said client. When you pull a group for 2022, I only want to see comments from 2022 for that client.

NOPE, they do not and CAN NOT offer that, on their "cutting edge" software!

We are very happy with the service which is why we have been with EZ for 10+ years.

The self-service portal was an outstanding solution during COVID operations and we have continued to use it for program registrations and to publish a general schedule

You shouod offer a smaller package at less cost to small operations as us.

It can be maddening if you're trying to enter in a number of sales, or book multiple sessions, or pull up reports.

The ability to schedule and put the clients in a schedule is the feature I like the most.

The barrier for switching to a different system is high for us since we don't have dedicated admin staff so we've stuck around for too long and paid too much.

Frequently, it just doesn't work. When you're trying to ring up or check in or schedule a customer and have to apologize for the software not working, it makes you look amateur.

EZFacility makes my day easy going and to all of my colleagues.

We never hear any complaint or bad feedback about EZFacility.

Customer support will eventually fix errors on their end and will work with you over the phone to straighten things out.

Like everything else, it has a few things that could be improved, but the support team is always there to help and seems that they are always adding upgrades to fix the little things constantly.

Sometimes this software runs slow or you have to log out and log back in quite often.

The OLR I mentioned could have more options for separate registrations.

Our clients are happy with the same as well.

This options would be great for us, but the tutorial is not very informative.

This software is a game changer for Parks and Rec departments.

There are also way too many service outages.
