I usually write my workouts on paper (because I overthink it) and then transfer to an actual program.

The invoicing requires a few updates to be easy to use for Kinesiologists - past appointments should be available to be billed and the date that the service was provided should be automatically a part of each invoice.

However, the price is high compared to the value.

You can ask to have them added on the software but the quality won’t be as good as the original ones.

I like that the appointment calendar syncs to Google and updates regularly.

My clients have also struggled to get MyFitnessPal succfessfully connected to HexFit

Integrating the software into my business was pretty easy.

Overall because the customer support is so prompt, my experience with HexFit has be good.

They have very good customer service and have helped me right away when I have had trouble.

The video window is very small in the portal and it makes it challenging for the client to see documents when I am sharing my screen with them.

I do not like that the telehealth video window cannot be opened in a separate tab or enlarged.

grocery list is in grams but a lot of foods in the store don't have grams listed but rather oz so that can be a bit tiresome to factor.

This platform is very helpful as a new online health and wellness business owner and is quite affordable.

Some of the recipes are not quite accurate in places - either with ingredients or name of dish.

They use measures that you can choose to cater to any fitness company for BMR and meal plans.

Very clean interface and ability to create client accounts.

Not much I dislike about it, there are just some features I'd love to see like the ability to modify a grocery shopping list so I can manually simplify it or the ability to only see portions that have been pre-approved by an individual and not see a portion that makes no sense because it's in a foreign language or a weird 99gr rather than a round number, but that's just my OCD :)

I'm still discovering the range of customisation which, once set up, is making me more efficient day-to-day.

The export feature makes it easy for you to include it in your reporting.

They also have a help database that covers almost all your questions.  

Nutriadmin has been our go to for 5+ years for clients seeking meal plans.  

I like that all my clients personal information is store securely.

You can communicate with your client from the system.

That I could not have their support staff give me one-on-one tutorials :)

I like that you can make it personal to you as a nutritionist and add all of your own recipes in, love how user friendly it is for the clients and the attention to detail (giving them things like the macronutrients breakdown and shopping list, a place to put comments etc)
