Run fitness and postural assessments, including lab-grade tests with Hexfit Lab. Set goals, follow each client's progress over time and get notified as soon as a client shows signs of disengagement. Sync data from Garmin, Apple Health, Fitbit, Polar, Strava and Google Fit for more precise tracking.
Nutrition:
Create meal plans with automatic calculation of calories and macros, use the recipe bank or generate recipes with AI. Clients can log a meal by taking a photo of their plate, and you review their food journal right from the client file.
