They were converted to a student to have their card entered. But if they don’t stay it looks like you lost a student.

Desperately need automated email/SMS communication  for booked classes.

Site is rather slow quite often (on mobile, desktop and different WiFi).

It's tough to find something that we don't like-there are a few quirks that we had to get used to, such as event invitations (belt testings, tournaments, etc.) can only be sent to one email address and not multiples.  

We used to have multiple sources of information to manage student memberships, attendance and billing.

The students love that they have a log in number.

Now we're streamlined, billing is a breeze, mass emails are a breeze, and we have more time to focus on the students themselves.  

We've reduced our paper files to virtually nothing since everything is contained right in a student's kicksite account.

Did a trial and felt it was easy to use, combined all my gym needs into one space making business management seamless.

There are still minor workflows or services that do not seem to work correctly. And customer service is not able to figure out what is going on.

I really liked push press, but felt the sales part was too pushy.

Learning to use this by using chat AI and customer service took no time at all.

Coming from another software there were a few small issues with the same name but different function.

Further, the test user has signed up for and taken the last spot in a waitlisted class blocking someone from else from training.

It is simple to use and easy to train others on how to use, their support is great - fast and knowledgeable.

The system cannot adjust a start date and payments to the future, something that should be a simple, so is unusable for pre sales of gyms.

The website integration failed to link my website to google, which had a massive impact on our gym launch.

You can tell they're also gym owners and understand our problems.

Payments are unreliable and have often failed, meaning unable to process payments.

We don't use all the features, but what we use works great and connects seamlessly to each module.

There are certain features missing like the ability for clients to book 1 to 1 sessions.

The customer support experience to resolve my issue has been exceptionally poor.

This software is perfect for small gyms that run fitness classes.

As a new strength and conditioning studio, I needed a low cost gym management software that was familiar with the fitness segment I'm a part of.

There are a couple little things with billing I would like to see different Before we ran all personal training on monthly billing, and only have the option to bill per session

The Push Press free model of revenue sharing was exactly what I needed and they even told me how much I should make a month before it fiscally made sense to switch to their paid version.

This software is so intuitive we were able to set up everything before we even had the onboarding call.

The easy to use app is very user friendly and makes booking classes very simple for clients.

It generates URL's for my different plans that I can embed right into my website.

However, that is pretty insignificant when you have a staff who know you by name and help you solve issues easily within 24 hours (most of the time waaaay faster than that).

Tech support is responsive and has provided clear solutions for anything I contact them about.   If they asked me to marry the I'd say yes.

There are a couple of functions that take more steps than I would like or a couple of features that I feel are missing...

The best part is the customer service hands down. When deciding which company/product to use, I knew this was a pinger company that was still developing.

Customer Service is immediate with responses and resources for me to achieve my goals.  

I have also done zoom calls with a team member to sort out some set up issues when I first started.

It unsynced a couple of times and it was a hassle to correct.   But tech support was responsive each time.
