Our commitment

Independent research methodology

Verified user reviews

GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.

Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.

How GetApp ensures transparency

GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Pros

“My one recommendation for a future feature is the possibility to migrate member/client class progress or history along with the other, currently migratable, aspects of their profile.”

Nella R.

Managing Partner

“Other areas it helped, especially compared to my last provider, which I became increasingly frustrated with, was helping to streamline the scheduling, provide useful insights on revenue, importantly I can ID at-risk members, and the communication tools were brilliant.”

Andrew J.

Owner

“We've been with LegitFit since December 2024 and it's become a core part of how we run the business day to day. As we've grown and brought on new coaches, we've continued to find new ways to get more out of the platform.”

Joshua P.

Head of Coaching

Pros

“It's simple to use for both coaches and members, the booking system is reliable, and the support team are outstanding.”

Owen D.

Owner

“Their customer support is exceptional, and you genuinely feel like they care about helping your business grow.”

Owen D.

Owner

“I love how user friendly it is and the fact that there is an app. Since the beginning, WodBoard have been supportive, providing me with all necessary information and answering any questions that I had.”

Jamie B.

Coach

Cons

“I don’t like how the basic package is very basic, meaning to get the real benefits that are advertised you are having to spend a lot more money.”

Chelsey R.

Pilates Instructor

“If I set payments up for the first of the month and a client does not pay on time then the payment is reduced the next time its taken as it thinks the client has only started.”

Keith M.

Gym Owner

“Could do with a few more reporting options for tracking memberships, member chat feature not the best.”

Dave B.

Director
