What is Masterpiece Manager?

Masterpiece Manager is a gallery management software that helps artists, collectors, art galleries, and museums manage inventory, contacts, sales, and marketing operations on a centralized platform. The website builder tool allows developers to select and customize templates in order to create websites with information such as artist bios, art images, titles, art descriptions, and event or show details.

Masterpiece Manager enables administrators to create an inventory database and manage items and art pieces based on several categories and sub-categories. With the point of sale (POS) tool, supervisors can configure prices for art pieces, set up tax rates, generate sales reports, and process sales, returns, lease, installment, and layaways based transactions. The email marketing module lets staff members create custom contact lists, build email templates and designs, send broadcasts, and track overall campaign performance.

Masterpiece Manager offers an API, which allows businesses to integrate the platform with several third-party solutions, including Quickbooks. It lets staff members search through items based on keyword attributes, such as title, category, subject, and stock-keeping units (SKUs).
