The support at Fitbudd has been great. Its all been pretty easy to learn and get used to. For me its a time issue as someone who owns a studio. I would like to know all the ins and puts and I feel like im slowly learning with the time I have.
I switched from PT distinction because I love that my app would be visible in the app store. Its very user friendly and easy to look at. I like using this product.
I would like to be able to create meals in the app to repeat them easily. It would be great if we could set up certain days as rest every week without having to do it manually for clients that a create weekly workouts for.

I'm enjoying fitbudd a lot it'll give my clients that feel of professionalism and accuracy when they look on my website or seeing things in the app
how easy it is to set up the different tabs for more client engagement. It's really a cheat code to being a PT
that you can't navigate the portal through the app that'll be so much easier and quite fun

Amazing experience so far. Loads of great things about the app that can make your online PT business run nicely and smoothly.
We just signed up with FitBudd and are currently in the free trial. We're amazed at how quickly and easily we can use the app compared with other software we were trying to use. Very easy to navigate, you can customize your app whichever way you want and most importantly, once it's published, it goes live immediately! No need for approval from Android or IOS. All in one, nutrition and training. You can contact the clients directly through the app and track their workouts, training and overall progress. There are a lot more great features that we're looking forward to explore and learn. Excellent investment. You can save a lot of your time by doing it all by yourself. Quick and efficient.
So far leaving a really good impression, however exercise part could include some motivational cues and encouragement for the training client.

Quick responses and helpful when you ask for help.
Being able to have my own customisable app is the way o wanted my business to go and it allows me to reach so many people when it launches
However, due to being incredibly busy and running my company on my own, I have been unable to launch my app. This has then caused FitBudd to contact me on multiple platforms to push me to launch before I am ready. I have stood my ground as my videos and recipes where not uploaded yet.

It has been great since day one and has been getting even better over time as they improve the features and functionality of the software
The software is easy to use and implement. However, what is most critical to me is that their customer service is top-notch. They are always ready and available to answer questions and/or solve issues. They are also very open to making changes/improvements to the software to better customize the client's experience with the app. Help is always one call or zoom away within a reasonable amount of time
My experience has been only positive. Nothing to complain about

Love it! I think it’s simple and keeps you accountable!!
I love that it keeps me and clients on track and shows them WHAT to do with sample videos on machines!!!
It is picky. Often I forget to close my workout on my watch first but that is minima!! I wish it didn’t matter, but in being responsible, it tracks it!

It offers incredible peace of mind for my service business. I'm incredibly happy I invested my money and shifted my business services to Fitbudd.
Honestly, nothing much. As with anything, things can be levelled up, perfected, improved, but for the most past, nothing to complain about. I would like to see some minor features integrated, but with time I think they will roll them out.

They made my logo. The access me and my clients have to the resources.

Overall the experience is great, customer service is very quick with response time and breaks things down very well
Fitbudd helped me with my website and app
Whenever the pricing updated I lost the ability to manage other trainers on my team and now I have to pay an additional fee for it whenever it was originally included in my plan

Great features, customer service, and affordable pricing.
BEST APP in Fitness & Nutrition for both Online and In-Person Coaching. Clean interface, and admin, easy to use, and the custom branding option is a BIG PLUS!
No cons but... I wished it would of released earlier in my career.

I like that the platform was exactly what I needed for my clients and I can totally personalize it with my logo and the colors of my business.
I dis that the logo on the mobile app is not my logo.

I am cautiously optimistic about this app. Given the population I serve is over 50 I have found the adoption of using an app has been slow.
I love the branding. The company has great support and is truly trying to create the best fitness app on the. market.
Right now I am challenged making the changes I need to reflect my programs.

Most trainers use 2 apps for their coaching – one to build out workout templates/programs and another one for clients to log food. FitBudd has both in one app, which was what made me choose them. The customer service team is also very responsive and helpful. App is reasonably priced and they’ll even give you a 30 day trial to see how you like it before you but it. They will even help you design your website!
Id love an app for trainers/coaches so I can easily get notifications when a client messages me back, etc instead of having to login on my laptop or Google Chrome on my phone to check periodically. Otherwise it’s amazing!

It’s easy to build fitness programs on the app and customize. I love the chat box and the logging of nutrition.
As mentioned before. I cannot upload meal plans and the calculations the system makes for their calories and macros is off. I don’t know where those numbers are coming from. I calculate my own and make my own meal plans.

My business experience is once again the ability to transition online with every thing that makes my business run smoothly. It also user friendly for my clients.
It helps me with transitioning fully to online training. My favorite feature has to be the video conferencing and tracking my clients overall progress.
It’s a challenge with adding exercises and foods groups.

I use it on both my iPhone and my iPad which allows me to update things on the go or anywhere I need to.
Apple Pay is a bit of a lengthy process.

Excellent customer service! During the app creating stage, I was always assisted with someone who was knowledgeable & courteous. I love the flexibility and being able to customize my fitness app. FitBudd heard my ideas and made my vision come to life! Very user friendly and I receive great feedback from other clients. I had a question about payment options being visible to iOS clients and I received an answer in a timely manner. Everything is thoroughly explained to my satisfaction and I couldn’t be happier with the results of my very own fitness app. I’m hoping this will catapult my business x 10!
Clients are unable to upload walking steps manually. Other than that I have no complaints with FitBudd .
