Easy to use, Intuitive, and just works without hassle. Their unique way of using landing pages has helped my business grow tremendously.
So far no cons or deal breakers for me. My business needed a system that allows me to step away and trust that my staff can run things and PushPress allows me to not be a slave to my company.

I feel less stress with my job than ever before.
Everything about Push Press is amazing! It’s easy for anyone to use. It has helped keep my finances in order, my schedule clear and my members up to date!
Nothing about Push Press is hard. T first it was overwhelming, but after practice it was easy.

PushPress is simply the best! They gave the best presentation when doing their demo and they all are part of gyms so they know all facets of the industry. Their customer service is the best I have dealt with and that says a lot as I spent 10+ years in the IT field. The people at PushPress are so helpful, friendly, prompt, and just so all around awesome that you actually look forward to interacting with them. Their service and their software have totally changed our gym to where we now feel like we are actually able to do work with the tracking of leads, at risk members, and just our community as a whole. I would recommend PushPress again and again - all day - every day!
The best thing about the PushPress software is the ease of use. We were able to jump right in and get everything set up so quickly. We have learned how to implement new pieces easily as well as integrate the software into our website, kiosks, and TV. Our warriors have loved the ease of check in and purchasing via the Store.
The thing I like the least would be that I can't do everything from my phone - an admin app for the phone would be awesome as I don't always have my computer around at the gym and our kiosks are in use.

The ease. I can run my CrossFit box from afar. I can view member activity, income coming in and my members have an easy tool to reserve and check in. It also runs my product sales - easily. Service is top notch.
Not much to Not like. I gave 4 stars because I have only been using the system for a couple months and would not feel right to rank those categories any higher. But Support and Value - I have already experienced a 5 star value.

Incredibly intuitive, amazing customer support, and thanks to the metrics and reports I have a far greater understanding of my business -- income, highest attended classes, and more.

We are able to work ease set up our processes for a better business. I have able to track the metrics each day/week/month to further grow my business.
I love the ease at which my PARISI can set up everything needed for customers. We can send out waivers, transaction requests as well as follow up in a timely fashion to anything our clients needs.
I would say nothing had even crossed my mind agony what is wrong with the software. I feel their is no weakness!

PushPress handles everything for us. It really makes backend business matters easy.
We've been using PushPress for years across three businesses. It makes everything from client management to billing to payroll.
Sometimes I wish that PushPress could integrate with some other third-party apps, but they keep creating more integrations so my frustrations are short lived.

I’ve been with Pushpress since 2016. I have recommended them countless times and will continue to support them. They’ve built an amazing platform for ease of use and the features keep coming all while they grow and add clients.
The ease of use. It’s intuitive and you can get the information you need/want with a click or two. Time is money and as a mother and business owner I need my software to work in my office and on my phone on the go. It checks all of the boxes I need to be successful. Thank you Pushpress team.
I don’t have a least. If I had to choose one maybe the quirks that arise here and there. However, the team is always there for you to fix any issues and weekly big fixes allow for constant upgrades.

Awesome. It makes running my gym easier by allowing my staff to operate a user friendly system.
Customer Service is immediate with responses and resources for me to achieve my goals. I speak with the CS team multiple times a week and every single time, each and every one of the does a ELITE job. Everytime I see a complaint about a gym CRM on the Affiliate Owner page... I usually chuckle because I never have whatever problem they are having.
Not many, i have several tickets for suggestions I have submitted over the years. Many have actually been incorporated into updates... that's pretty cool.

The developers of this platform are gym owners themselves, and it shows. This software helps from following up on leads, to forecasting sales and revenue- even payroll and keeping track of t-shirt inventory. Tech support is responsive and has provided clear solutions for anything I contact them about. If they asked me to marry the I'd say yes. ;)
Intuitive, easy to use for both me and my members. Everything you need in one place.
I would like to have less problems syncing devices with Check in-app. It unsynced a couple of times and it was a hassle to correct. But tech support was responsive each time.

Day to day operations and metrics keep me on my toes and focused on growth as well as my bottom line.
I loved that the Credit Card software is part of the program. i love all the reports. I still haven't utilized everything that will be of use to me. It's really easy to customize programs for my clients.
I truly haven't bumped into anything I don't love yet. Give me another 6 months, maybe I'll find one.

The few issues I’ve had were dealt with quickly, and they have a chat box available to ask questions. If it’s after hours, a bot will suggest helpful articles.
The dashboard itself has a ton of info that you don’t have to go seek out. Check ins, expiring members, new leads, new members, birthdays, at risk members, plus more all on the front page.
The messaging system is lacking in being able to message multiple plan groups at one time. I have to go into each plan to send a message to my clients.

Simple and and very easy to use. Customer support was super quick.
Personal training tracking and scheduling and billing. There isn’t an easy way to use it for recurring clients because half my business is personal training and it doesn’t work well with this.

I am very pleased with PushPress. I am particularly impressed with how responsive they are to customer suggestions. They are constantly improving the system, always based on user input.
I love how easy it is now to track attendance. I can track by day, by class, or by coach. I am able to see attendance history for my athletes, and even receive a heads-up when someone has been away from the gym for a while.
The navigation can be a little clunky. On occasion I find that I need to download a CSS file of my data to be able to find the exact info I'm looking for.

The best! Excellent software aside, Push Press has proven their value to me by adding priceless resources such as the support of mentors to get my business moving in the right direction. 100%; Push Press is the reason my gym became profitable.
It works consistently! No crashes during peak hours and immediate response from customer support.
There are a few features I would like to see added in the future, i.e. the ability to direct certain emails to specific individuals on my team only (by individual; not by role).

The platform is solid as a rock and the free version is very well featured. It's very easy to use and the support is phenomenal.
It's very easy to use and I was able to migrate from my old platform in a matter of hours.
The web UI can be a bit klunky at times and there's a bit of a disconnect between the check in portal app and the web console when a member cancels a reservation.

We are doing our damndest to automate and keep track of purchases, billings, schedule, client information, etc in one place. If we could add options like "keep track of member stats", workouts, programming logs, body measurements, etc, that would be a one-stop-shop of BRILLIANCE!
I love how user-friendly the software is, the customer service is, how clear the team was during our trial and how helpful they've been on issues big and small.
There are longer roll-out times for some intuitive things me (or more likely my clients) recommend which surprise me, but it could be a function of how our gym is uniquely set up.
