I also wish it integrated with the MyNetDiary app, which is a far better macro tracking app than MyFitnessPal.

All of the messages are maintained under that client's name, which is very helpful if you need to review them later.

Each time I have reached out to Customer Service/Support, I have received a response back within 24 business hours.

It's easy to use and has great functionality that allows customisation to create my own programs and schedule it out for my clients.

Just a minor thing - when you start a workout and get the overview look, it is hard for clients to understand how to save a set, move to the next one etc. If the first view was the "one-exercise-at-a-time" view, it would be much easier to explain the app.

Daily feedback is also part of my daily routine.

I really like PT Distinction , it has all te features I need except localization, its only available in English.   And the app needs to be optimized.

The feature that has been a game changer for me is the email automation you are able to set up in PT Distinction as a group and you can time it for when you want it to go and to which clients.

Only have it for the ease of use for clients - would have switched back to Trainerize if Trainerize worked similar to PT Distinction in how they view their workouts.

oh so much easier. As it is you have to constantly check go back or refresh the calendar on a separate tab to double check and reference what you're doing.

The one thing that I would like to see is to be able to create files within my coaching section, ie a file for certain video libraries and PDF libraries.

Building programs is also very convenient. Although the exercise library could use an update with more exercises, it is always possible to add your own in a very easy way with a YouTube or Vimeo link.

I love that I can send messages to multiple clients at the same time, the ability to have a calendar to keep me organized, and the ability to attach videos, pdfs, and links within coaching content.

It would be good if clients could see there daily calories which the coach has set along with Marconutrient breakdowns, possibly having a traffic light system of clients on red if they are not sticking them, amber and green if they are doing well.

With PT you can do soo much, and the level of customisation you can build in for clients is next to none, as mentioned before I felt limited for what I could do for clients before on platforms and it felt too cookie cutter for me until I found PT Distinction.
