If you make a mistake it's so easy to just delete the mistake or correct it. None of the other software can do this.

The software will lock you out and the customer service is horrible. It even deactivated my account right when I was in thr middle of scheduling clients and trying to see my availability.

Excellent value for money, 24/7 online support. Regular updates, good value for money.

Schedules can be created easily, payment integration is there so you can get started straight away, reconciliation of sessions and automatic tracking of session packages is great.

The blocking out of time can be a bit tedious. There isn't an option to block time out for tasks or meetings.

What I don't like is that my clients have trouble connecting, I have to copy and paste the link and email it to them every time. I also am disappointed that you cannot do group classes.
