I wish we had a membership contract as well members could sign that could customize their fee, months joining, and pay date listed on the contract.

Some of the fixtures are limited and time consuming.

Was over charged, nothing the sales rep said was the truth, door system is next to worthless, numerous glitches that caused billing issues etc.

We could not get the app to work correctly so clients can scan in when they enter, so we are unable to track attendance by members.

The belt ranking system automatically promotes people after a given amount of time.

Also, it offers vast features, just the features need a bit of tuning and sharpness, to be the best in the market.

Load times take far to long to make it a useful tool to get incoming members and change schedules.

The integration with Ezidebit was one of my main considerations to purchase Rhinofit

The service offered is however very good, the customer support from RhinoFit is always polite and humble, which is an absolute add-on.

Finally, if you get sick of rhinofit and want to quit...you learn you're locked into a 3 year agreement with the payment provider, it costs $400 to cancel it, and if you cancel rhinofit but not the PP agreement they'll charge you each month regardless.

They also don't tell you until you sign up that you have to use their payment processor - you can't use square or stripe or anyone else with reasonable rates. If you don't want to use their PP?

The interface is simple, and easy to use; which is one of the reasons for using this application.

They offer no help with setup, and it's convoluted to the point where it seems to want to sell you on paying them to set it up for you.

Was told the scanner could read through glass because I told them I couldn't have it outside because of Minnesotas weather.

The customer service was horrible people are very rude.

They basically hold you hostage with fees unless you have 3k plus just sitting around.

The reporting functions are way too basic and extremely confusing to use.

There are lot's of features that I did not have with previous software.

scanner system for attendance was not reliable, does not have POS system set up have to use landing pages, limited customizing with landing pages

We were able to sign up several students before we even opened.

For example, having to change screens locations in Kicksite between vault and recurring billing.

Students are able to book 12 weeks out and get 0 reminders.

They were converted to a student to have their card entered. But if they don’t stay it looks like you lost a student.

We are very pleased with the management features in Kicksite and our members have been very receptive to the management improvements implemented with Kicksite.

Desperately need automated email/SMS communication  for booked classes.

Site is rather slow quite often (on mobile, desktop and different WiFi).

It's tough to find something that we don't like-there are a few quirks that we had to get used to, such as event invitations (belt testings, tournaments, etc.) can only be sent to one email address and not multiples.
