Great
Price and similar set up to Jane. When I have questions the team is quick to answer and help.
I wish I could have customized the charting more. A bit different options for forms/agreement layouts (similar to Jane) and service options, the way they show up on online for RMTs that want different clean up times. Some want 15 some want 30. But not a way for that to be online under same name but different for which RMT they book under. Also wish it communicated with Clover payment system.

I went with Jane before because the waitlist feature makes me so much money but it was too costly for one practitioner, this is just perfect!

Still trying to get used to it.
ease with Scheduling. is this product has the same feature like Company On where users from Alberta can use it even without the Privacy Impact Assessment?
It doesnt have color coded time blocking like EMRs or Jane does- it helps with quick glance of schedule in a busy day.

Noterro is my sanity. I couldn't run my clinic without it.
I'm not tech savvy. Compared to Jane Noterro is so much more user friendly and intuitive. I'm still learning about it. Any time I've had issues Noterro has talked me through to resolution.
I can't always get immediate assistance but it's still relatively quick.

It has been excellent so far! My friend went with Jane App and has almost the same features as me. However I am paying a fraction of the price and seem to have fast tech support.
I was able to navigate most features on my own without using the tutorials. And when I got stuck and booked a demo I was able to ask questions and get clear answers.
I am a psychologist and the software does lend more to physical health practitioners. The coming updates may provide me with the ability to customize notes to mental health needs.

Excellent. It was easy to set up and it's easy to use. My patients comment on how professional the whole system looks on their end. It has greatly decreased the amount of administrative work I have to do. My reminder calls are automated. I don't have to scan as much as I can have patients complete online forms. It's paperless. It is also a fraction of the cost.
I have tried two other clinic management systems (Jane and Practice Perfect). Noterro is by far my favorite. It is very easy to use and has all the features that I need for a fraction of the cost. Also the support is wonderful. Whenever I have had an issue the support team has helped me promptly.
This isn't a huge con, but the one feature that I miss from practice perfect is the contact log. You could easily log emails, phone calls, letters, etc with this feature. But overall I greatly prefer Noterro over practice perfect. Practice perfect did not allow for patients to sign online forms while Noterro does. The convenience of this feature greatly outweighs the lack of a contact log.

Incredible customer support - very quick and helpful responses. I also really like the app portal made available through Noterro. Cost for quality is pretty well unmatched.
Soap notes - It's just something new I will have to get used to coming from Jane App. I miss being able to simply create checkbox lists of areas treated as well as techniques used. Not looking forward to having to type things in manually - I know there are typing shortcuts I can set up but I'm not super tech savvy so this is going to take time.

I truly enjoy using Jane, but I would not pay for it just for myself.
Jane is incredibly user-friendly in that it is simple and quick to get started with booking, billing, and taking notes. The layout is appealing and makes practitioner and client use a walk in the park. No need for additional add-ons, you can keep client cards on file without having to pair your software to Square. Jane's transaction fees are comparable to Square.
Sadly, when choosing to start my own solo-business, I came to find out how expensive the service is. Although worth mentioning that the software includes everything you would need - unlimited email and SMS reminders, file storage, credit card processing - $79/mo ends up being a steep spend for someone working for themself. For someone willing to push through a learning curve, using Noterro is a much more economical choice for the individual practitioner. ($25/mo base on which you may get a discount as a member of the RMTAO. With the SMS add-on, I am still paying under $35/mo for a service that covers all my needs.)
